Absolutely awful! Probably the worst experience my husband and I had with a person. I would give him zero stars if I could. Michael Spinelli subcontracts workers. He does very minimal work. He’s obviously the owner and over sees the work. Everyone he hired (including a general contractor and tile installer) are all amazing people. Wish I had their information. He is extremely dishonest. Like previous reviews, he makes promises and doesn’t follow through. For example, he ordered the wrong size laundry doors, which needed to be cut. He never resolved the issue. He mentioned he may have doors, which ended up being the wrong size. I suggested ordering replacement doors. Nothing ever came of it. He later blamed me and never admitted he was wrong. We paid him to install the doors. He, also, came into our garage and stole our property (molding), without notifying us. He never replaced it when he said he would. There are few other items he didn’t fix/replace in the contract. He clearly did not finish the job. I will provide pictures. He was terrible at communicating. There would be weeks that go by that we didn’t hear from him. We always had to call or message him. Always had an excuse. Mike ended up sending us a revised contract with two things crossed off. The only thing removed from the contract was the flooring and installation of the flooring. Instead of resolving the issue, he just laughed and said, “Awesome! ” He just didn’t care. He is extremely arrogant and condescending. He is disrespectful. The way he treats people and their belongings is unacceptable. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about Spinelli Stone. I DO NOT recommend him at all! But I do recommend the PROFESSIONALS that DO NOT work for him.
