9Writing this solely to suggest the Deland location turns down their music volume because I genuinely have to YELL to hear someone I'm standing directly next to. I'm not exagerrating, it's ridiculously loud, especially in the right hand corner of the store toward the entrance. Otherwise spirit is cool and all, has decent stuff!
I purchased items for our character parade at school and they had very limited stock so before I checked out I asked the cashier if I could return them if they didn’t fit and she said yes as long as it was before 11 pm. So I returned 1 hour later because the item didn’t fit and she refused to take the return stating she said they only accept exchanges. When I pointed out that she never said that during our first interaction she was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I was very clear in my wording because of situations like this and the cashier was extremely unprofessional. No one probably cares but what a terrible experience.
Great selection of costumes and decor. Second one I’ve been to this season. Going to hit up as many as I can because I decorate my house with Halloween decorations year round!

The music.wth. I love that place people were super friendly. But the blasting of the music hurt. There is no need. I get it party. But you do not have to hurt ears.
