Fun little place to grab some costumes for Halloween but get it early because they do run out.

They have a large selection. I really enjoyed the storeally enjoyed the store. Some of the costumes are a bit pricey but they're good quality

Poor customer service. Employees were miserable and gave us attitude for trying to look at items for sale. Dissapointed

That time of the year but everything expensive so make sure to use the costumes for Halloween?

They hold a prop for you because that is the only one they have and tell you that being it is still going to be used the whole time we can have 50%off when we pick it up. They called to tell us to come pick it up. When we get there to pick-up the girl says that now she can only give us 25% off. They have used it all month long and than change their mind that is not the way to do business especially when you buy from them every year and over an hour drive to get there.needless to say told her to keep her prop since they lied

The staff in the store is amazing the ability to help customers as busy as a place is was surprising to me great job

Our little ones love coming here and looking around. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

They always welcome my boyfriend and I to come in cosplay with open arms! Returning again this year for sure! One of our fave locations.

Everything is good …except for one of the staff guys.he ask my daughter and her friend (13) the phone number. …is disgusting.be careful with your child.don’t let them alone… my daughter told me when we where at the car driving home.

I went here the day before Halloween. They were pretty cleared out, but I found one piece of a costume that I could figure out the rest from stuff I had at home. Check out was quick despite how busy they were.

Cool stuff but pricey and not what you are looking for if you want Cosplay costumes. Aka Japanese characters

Brittany at the cash register has a horrible horrible attitude and constantly gives nasty looks. No kindness at all. Won't be going back.

Giving this store two stars since i understand i went the day after Halloween. Yet none of the staff came to my aid when i needed help and had so many questions! An then i waited at the registrar for what seemed like 10 minutes but was actually four Hopefully next year they figure something out beacuse this was not cutting it for me. Terrible experience. Did someone say Halloween city or even Party City for that matter although Party City doesn't have 50% it is worth it since there is always someone there to answer your questions.did i mention the stench

Very bad manager; I bought an open Michael Myers costume and it was without the mark. The man didn't gave me any discount with that open costume. Even a mask alone usually cost between $20 to $25 dollars. He charge me $69 dollars for an uncomplete custume. I won't by a simple mask here again. Don't go there, you end paying double the price.
