Spirit Halloween, Kendall FL

In general, Spirit Halloween has almost everything you need if you want to dress up or decorate your home for the Halloween season. Since I went three days before the date, there was quite a bit of mess, and there were already quite a few empty shelves. But it's entirely understandable since the date was very close. For the same reason, there were few sizes available, and there weren't many options. However, I think they have better prices than Party City. Therefore, for the upcoming years, I recommend going early so you can take your time and find the right size for what you're looking for. I definitely plan on coming back next year to pick out my costume here.

The worst custome store, I bought a custome for my kid, they sold me a broken custome and the next day I went to return and they said no refund, no exchange and the manager said the same. Unfortunately there’s no policy to favor to the customer.
Don’t go to this store, I felt that they stealed me.

Great collection of Halloween items. I even got a costume for me which is tough at over 6 feet tall and 300 pounds. They have a large selection for everyone!

Wow, I loved this store, the only thing I found wrong was that it was difficult to see calmly due to the number of employees arranging the merchandise, I think that this should be done early and not in the afternoon like at 5 pm when I went.

Great if you come here at least a week before halloween. They bizarrely always have the same really bad stocking problem. Every year they are out of most things days (!) before Halloween, which sort of defeats the purpose of having a dedicated halloween store.

Unprofessional establishment. The web site says they open at 8am, the calendar on the door says 830am, and the paper sign taped on the door says 9: 30am as you watch the staff straggling in.

Terrible management at this location. Worst experience I've had with this company.

The hours posted online both on Google and company website advised 8am, they did not open until 10am.

Minimal inventory. The store had trash piles all around the store at opening hours as if they broomed but nor picked up.

Their return policy is hideous. They would not accept or exchange an item that was damaged in its full packaging and unopened that i had purchased the day before not to mention before Halloween. Not sure why people hype this company so much.

Employees were super nice. Very helpful! Store is small, but well organized. They sometimes make you wait outside for crowd control. Located near the Burger King entrance by the Publix.
