Spirit Halloween, Port Charlotte FL

It's a shame it's a seasonal store. Every year, the selection changes and I end up buying all kinds of great items. I can't wait until they come back.of course, there is always their website!

I was able to get in and get out quickly with my purchase, which is what I wanted because it's a Sunday, I am off, and I needed a costume for work on Tuesday.

Employees were helpful and friendly. Can't complain but this location will be coming on the second of November for the season

No fitting room? How am I supposed to know if it fits. Even when we asked if we could return them if they didn’t fit the employee got very nasty and said they don’t do returns. Employee had a nasty nasty attitude. AC is off so it is very hot!

Garbage. Who doesn’t accept phone calls during the only time of year they have business? I get it, it’s probably a lot of calls. Do your job and pick the phone up lol. Or go out of business like the rest of the world expects.

I had purchased 2 costume, one for me and one for my boyfriend, spent $140. We purchased the mobster costumes. Well, I got home about 45 mins later, and tried on the vest/dress and it didn't fit in the chest area (like not even close about a 6 inch gap to get to the button). I am a thick woman but all the shirts and pants that I buy are large (12-14 size). All I wanted was to exchange the costume. I figured since I was there not even 1 1/2 hours, and didn't wear it and have the receipt it shouldn't have been a problem. I was soo wrong, no exchanges! So the employee said well I can give you 20% discount. I just spent $140 that I can't wear and now the set we were going to wear together is ruined! So we spent $140 to not go to the Halloween party, upset a bunch of friends, and throw out the costumes! I will NEVER EVER go back and we will tell everyone we know about what happened! Horrible horrible place! You would think since they SPECIALIZE in Halloween they would be better then this. Thanks for ruining our weekend and our halloween!

Worst spirit halloween i have ever been to. The liquid latex they sold to me when i opened the package and went to open the bottle the seal was half off and it was dried up.i went to go exchange it and they reviewed to let me exchange it saying that they can’t process returns.the manager did not try to help me at all and said everything is sold as is and we but it how it comes and everything must go.i understand this is a pop up halloween store but it’s extremely unprofessional and does not make up for their faulty products.

The AC was broken and there was liget nothing in the store. This place was unclean and there was bugs everywhere. Very nasty

Warning: the AC is not turned on. Was super hot and sweaty. Had a decent selection of plus size items (only up to 2x) but there is no plus size section so you have to really look. Overall was clean and organized.

It's spirit enough said. Big selection of Halloween decorations and costumes. Located in promenades mall port charlotte

When I bought my costume I ask about returning and was told no refunds just exchange, failed to mention there was a deadline. Who reads the bottom of their receipt. I took it back 3 days before Halloween. Buyer beware

Don't go on the Saturday right before Halloween Monday! I know it's my fault for waiting, but I recommend going as soon as you make plans, lol! The super long line did move fairly quickly, tho:)

I really love come and most off the times I come I find my costume but there animatronics aren’t scary and barely work but all of the employees are aren’t rude and and take their job seriously and don’t hesitate to help customers in need and I think they should bring stranger things costumes and fake blood into the stores and I really love their pillows and soft blankets but I would come here any day

Cool merchandise. Really rude front desk. I bought a costume for my daughter whose 15 months old, and when I put it on her at home it didn't fit her. They told me I couldn't return it even though I had the receipt and it was never worn. She circled a tiny print on the receipt that said returns stopped yesterday. I wouldn't shop here anymore for that reason. Better to just do it online.
