10 out of 10 experience! Positive atmosphere with amenities that are second to none! The only thing that would push this park over the top would be to put up some lights around the pool area so that the guests can enjoy the heated pools and hot tub past dark.

This is are second year here! Park is amazing, staff is awesome. A very nice park! We loved it here last year! This year has been a little different! There seems to be a lot more young kids. We love kids, but a little supervison would be nice! Most of the kids are being home schooled, which is great. But I recommend that when there is a band for adults, the park would keep it for adults only. I understand these families paid the same as we did to be here. I'm just saying, if your looking for a snowbird park, you need to keep looking. It's a great place to bring your kids and hang out!

This is a great RV place…. Especially if you have youngsters with you! Many activities every day. And if you get to a bar where Stephanie is the bartender you are in for a great treat!

Checkin was a breeze, great communication. Pull through spots are so nice for large rigs towing a vehicle. Loved our time there on a quick stop. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy their amenities, because there are plenty.

2nd time visiting… winter trip.
Firstly, some of the newer E back-in locations that are rated for bigger rigs are extremely difficult to get in and out of due to the larger foliage next to the sites. (i.e. E61 should not be rated for a 45ft toy hauler due to its angle, the trees next to it and the spots surrounding). The pull-throughs are nice and spacious with evenly laid concrete pads.
Secondly, there isn’t much “kid-friendly” during the winter. No swingsets or play equipment, which would’ve been a nice asset during our stay. The family pool is just that, a pool. There is no real separation between the family area and the adult only area. We were told prior to our stay that all the pools were heated, the lazy river pool is not.
Thirdly, I see a lot of reviews with complaints of loud road noise. Yes, its right next to the interstate, yes, the highway noise can be a lot, however, some ear plugs at night solve that. The location is very central to so many little adventures, and the bonus is having your home on wheels with you!

Ms Sherry in the front office is a godsend! We needed to stay an extra day but due to our spot being pre-booked, she got us into a roomy pull-in for the extra night.

Property is well-maintained, although some of the bigger tree branches could be trimmed for taller rigs.

Wonderful place! So new, maps still show overgrowth for the location. Can't wait to return!

I Love Splash RV! The only issues we have is the closing of the Community room at 8 pm. We are retired and enjoy playing card and board games with other retired couples 8 pm is way too early. We would love to watch late night football too but can not congregate with friends to watch it after 8 pm. We have decided to look elsewhere for our winter camping. If you love staying in your camper all evening this is the place for you.

This place is a very nice campground, and a lot to do. Great for kids not so great for the snow birds. They shut everything down at 8 PM. It’s like we are back in elementary school and have to be in bed at 8: 00. We have several friends that we like to hang out with and play games. However there is no place to go.
Will not becoming back. Maybe when I’m 90 years old and want my early bed time.

Great little place for staycation. Nice RV place. We stayed in a cabin. The tiny house concept was not for me. I don't like claustrophobia and crawling around on my stomach to get into a loft is not for me. The furniture could use a good steam cleaning after a summer of wet bathing suits and wet towels. The service was great, the park was beautifully maintained, the staff was great, the murder mystery theater was one of the best and the food was outstanding.

Stayed as a quick stop over. Amazing place. Very nice people, easy to get in and out. Clean! Great landscaping and beautiful trees that are trimmed and kept up for high rvs. I wish every rv park was like this. We went in off season and it was empty. They had great food at the food trucks. And a nice room and fireplace to eat in since it was cold when we were there. We’ll be back every time we’re coming through to Disney World.

What an awesome resort! The staff is great and helpful. They have fire pits and live music, karaoke and bingo nights. Two different bars with draft and frozen drinks. A perfect place for locals and RVrs. They also have cabins and covered wagons if you don’t have an RV. Also pools with slides and a lazy river.

As someone who is always looking for family friendly and kind service I thought this place would be perfect. Unfortunately they do not except camping in more affordable ways such as small trailers. Me and my kids are going to go somewhere else. In this economy the reason a lot of people travel is to save some money. I was totally willing to pay and they denied me service. I have been traveling for 5 days and wanted to rest but cause I look like I have been traveling I can't stay here.

The wagon was very very cozy and comfortable. AC and heater were great, bathrooms very clean, pools were heated and the multiple fireplaces always gave us a place to sit and relax. Will definitely come again!

We stayed in the wagons for the "Spooktober" weekend, and had an incredible time!
The wagons were incredible! They had AC, the most comfortable beds, very well presented and clean. There was also a mini fridge and freezer in there (this needs to be advertised!)
Overall great experience, we will be back!

Not the best park for a retired couple with no children. Overall this was a good park to stay at for a week. Clean, very well kept up. The only issues I had was the wifi service was terrible most of the time. The Lazy River is for kids. If you're an adult without kids forget the Lazy River. Uncontrolled children run this, most opting to jump in and out and not use floaties that are required. There is no supervision from the park provided. A secondary Adults Only Lazy River is needed. Our site (D01) was extremely muddy and littered with branches.
Also my sewer hose was punctured by third party lawn mowing personal but the cost of replacement was reimbursed. The dog park was pretty much dirt but did have a nice bathing sink. Noise from I-10 was pretty bad. Also, the ice machine was next to our trailer resulting in a steady flow of people some noisy and pounding on our trailer at night. This is a terrible location for the self serve machine.
We were required to wear a bracelet our entire stay. The management says this is needed to identify clients from visitors or unwanted guests. I believe the real reason is that the bracelet is connected to your credit card to make in park purchases very easy. Maybe too easy.
We enjoyed our stay but not worth the $800 we spent. We have no plans to return.
