Splash Zone and all who operate this business are terrific! They perform the weekly maintenance, have helped us upgrade our system and come to our rescue whenever we have a problem! I can't say enough good things about this crew. I highly recommend Splash Zone.

I was very impressed with the service and the pricing of this company. I called with a request on Tuesday, they came out Wednesday. It was a quick fix. The price for this was phenomenal. The technician was honest and upfront explained what he found and the problem was fixed. I would highly recommend them. I know in the future with any pool issues they will be the first company I call.

Have tried many pool service operations before, none come close to the customer service Sloane provides. She actually answers the phone on most occasions or calls back with immediate response. The staff that maintains the pool, does a thorough cleaning each and every week. No run in and run out kind of service.

Pool filter housing cracked and within 24 hrs Splash Zone had a new housing installed and pool back up and running. Jim, Sloane and Jacob were terrific!

Splash Zone is by far the best pool service and repair company that I have worked with. Their personnel are courteous, competent, and reliable. They come when they say they will and they do what they say they will. They are easy to contact and you don't need to navigate through a series of audio menus or try to communicate with some idiotic AI bot. In addition, their prices are quite reasonable.

There are so many good things that have been said about Splash Zone as your pool care provider it is not just the pool that they clean and check the water and make sure that everything is working well they also are a full-service facility that if something is going wrong with any of your equipment rather be your water heater or your skimmer they have a service department that will take care of all those needs for You or recommend their other departments to come out and service heavy equipment that goes with owning a pool! It takes a lot of work and a lot of care, and I will say that Splash Zone no matter what problems I have had or any type of question that I may have they have always sent somebody out ASAP or they’ve been able to answer my question via the phone or text messaging or email. I totally recommend Splash Zone as your pool provider. Their service is five star plus.

SplashZone does a great job. I also use their sister company Stilwell Solar for my solar panels. They communicate well between the two companies. Their communication with the customer is also great. Repairs are quick and reasonably priced.

We have had Splash Zone take care of our pool since moving here four years ago. Cannot recommend them enough! The cleanings and weekly service are always done perfectly. When our equipment has needed servicing/fixing, Jim is very experienced and knowledgeable. Sloane couldn't be any nicer to deal with on the phone for scheduling and help. Everyone we have dealt with from the Splash Zone, from the owner Bill on down, have been great. A first class company!

If you want great response, good service and fair pricing, this is the pool company to deal with. They replaced my heat pump and outdated remote Jandy system and always have time to answer a question if I can't figure something out. I was wait listed to become a regular weekly customer. I truly respected their decision to not take on more than the crew they had was able to handle. Well worth the wait and the last 18 months have proven to me to be one of the best decisions I have ever made regarding pool service.
