The gentleman who came and fixed my water heater was not only professionally friendly but also helpful.he helped teach me a few things as far as standard maintenance for water heaters to help it last longer. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Paul was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain the product to me. He never tried to get me to make a decision. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and neat; they arrived and left in the allotted day, the installation went smoothly, and everything was left in perfect condition.

My technician, was prompt, efficient, honest, and courteous. They were able to get two installers out the next day when my old AC unit was determined to be past its useful lifespan. Both of my installers were fantastic. They completed the job in under three hours, and went above and beyond to make sure that my entire furnace was working well, even though I just got an AC unit replaced. Paul and the Split System Heating & Cooling team were top-notch again. On time, professional, great communication and always a great value. The team out to my house recently did a great job in getting the work done, cleaning up behind them, explaining options and the work done when finished.

The installers did everything in one day. They were courteous, clean, polite, and answered all of our questions. They worked all day for 11+ hrs, and even patched an oversized hole in the foundation for the refrigerant line with cement. I couldn't have been happier with the sales process, installation process, and the whole experience from start to finish.

This company gets the highest possible rating from me. The owner of the company was very informative and knowledgeable regarding what type of air-conditioning unit I needed. The workmanship is excellent. I live at a condo and have 8 A/C units outside of my bedroom wall and my unit, by far, is the most quiet. Two of the units are less than one year old and they do not compare with the system that Fusion heating and air-conditioning installed for me. Fusion heating and air-conditioning is the “best of the best! ”

Split System Heating & Cooling serviceman not only came out within the hour to diagnose the problem, but sent their consultant to offer me options and provide prices and information. When he was home that evening, he sent me a proposal for the option I chose, and 8: 30 the next morning they arrived to install my new compressor. Great service and professional installers.

Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He found an issue that was caused by another company that installed our inside unit. Our A/C is working better than ever. There was an issue with the fan on the outdoor unit. He quickly gave us a quote without having to call in or looking up the cost. He also didn’t try to hard sell us on the repair. He said it was one of those issues that could cause the fan to go out in a week or ten years and to address it at that time. This is a great company that I would recommend Split System Heating & Cooling to everyone.
