We enjoyed Splitz but the time frame you get to bowl for price, isn't adequate. Basically $ 80 plus to bowl one game, which include shoes for group of six. We paid for additional set and clock started ticking as soon as we paid. Really got about 45 mins vs another hour. Need another option to bowl longer, without feeling like I got robbed.

Had a wonderful time! The young man, I believe his name was Misael, he was such a helpful young man. He made our experience wonderful and was so respectful and personable! They are lucky to have such an energetic young person working there!

We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday with a party of 5. She wanted to bowl and play some games. Bowling was fun as were the games. The only issue we had was someone spilled a drink near our lane and we could not find an employee to help with it. We finally found someone to mop it up and he really just spread it out more making it difficult to bowl as everything was wet. I offered to clean it up and wish I had just grabbed the mop from him seeing as he hasn't been properly trained for the situation. We'll probably go back because the place is really nice but we won't expect the service to match.

Clean as usual, friendly service from all adults. The teens tend to not be attentive or courteous so knownwhat to expect. This is a fun place for games or laser tag. We enjoyed ourselves because we didn't have to wait long for games and there were no crowds. Outside were competitive ges of corn hole.

It's a bit expensive, but overall, it's a fun place for the whole family. Bring plenty of money, though.

Horrible customer service.wouldn’t help us because they don’t wanna deal w us, used an excuse “we can’t do anything. ” and then talk to the other workers and gossip like we weren’t there smh.got passed on person to person, just to not get helped.so many inconveniences.blamed me for “not saying anything” because when our personal bowling ball got stuck and the person who works down there didn’t get notified. Tried getting more time just to only get more inconveniences, but in the end, the lane got shut down.

First time bowling horrible experience, don’t understand how the manager is still working at this establishment.refused to give us refund after the bowling lane took forever to give our personalized ball back and lane kept glitching the bumpers without our authorization and didn’t they didn‘t let us use our remaining time left after we complained.

Everytime I come here, I remember why I always swear to never come back. Over priced for bowling, food and drinks.everything is dirty.customer service is non-existent. Not worth anyone’s money

I was really nervous to take my family here after reading some recent reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised at our visit. The front desk people were kind and helpful, got me a better deal than what I had booked online, and the facilities were super clean. The furnishings are a little bit older and show some wear but it was definitely well cleaned. There is a bar, you can also order food, and they have an arcade. We did not try out the arcade or food so I have no opinion on that. Loved the bowling, chose a cute Halloween theme for the screen that my kids loved and had a great time. We went at 1pm on a Sunday and it didn’t start getting busy until we left around 90 minutes later, great timing. We felt like we had the whole alley to ourselves! Highly recommend for families looking for an alternative to all these new bowling places that charge upwards of $200 just to play a round of bowling for an hour. This was perfect and still an upgrade to the little boring bowling alleys we had as kids in the 90s.

Very disappointing! Just went there to hit the arcade, half the games would take your money but didn’t work. No one seemed to care

When my daughter was at a group function her order was messed up, which happens sometimes. However, the server was quite rude and refused to make any attempt to rectify the situation amicably and professionally. Upon attempting to get a refund for the error the manager was "unable" to complete the refund to the original card and attempted to refund a debit card transaction onto a credit card.needless to say that is not proper in any way at all. The same manager refused to do a cash refund as well and was very rude during the process. Upon my daughter's continued attempts to resolve this matter properly, the manager refused to be helpful and refused to speak to me over the phone in an effort to expedite the process and conclude the matter. When the phone was offered to the manager in order to for he and I to speak, he shoved the phone back at my daughter and then shoulder checked her as he shoved past her to walk away. I will never again be a customer to this company and will ensure that people know the kind of management and employee's are hired by them. I'm not in the least impressed by this establishments lack of customer service or poor character of employees.

Manager on 8/30/23 was very rude and unprofessional. She’s lacks decency, integrity and humanity. Definitely not someone I’d trust with my business. I’d visited the center for a family event. There was an isolated incident within our party of 30+ ppl. She requested our party to leave and refused to refund anyone. She would not even talk to us to explain what the issue was.

It's an ok place. Good variety of games for the small arcade portion. Bowling was alright. The balls had a layer of grease on them from food, drink, and the machines not being maintained. The rental shoes are ok. I had to exchange for another pair because they would grip to the floor like rubber on a tar-mac. Safe bet not going back.

Not much to brag about, no employees so no service hardly. I hate to put the place down and not putting the 2 employees down because they're running fast as the can. I blame because ownership

We had a fabulous time bowling and dinning. $200 for our group of 8 is reasonable. The could definitely clean better, add more trash bins, a fill the hand sanitizers.

Worst customer service ever! And the manager working 8/25/23 at 8pm, ridiculous. I had my kid's birthday, did not get the party package, but spent more. At the end of the party, after cleaning up the tables, and about to spend more money, one of the staff boys tells us that we are not allowed to have outside food or drinks. It's posted everywhere. Lies! If it's such a big deal have your staff wear masks as it's posted. Hung up on my husband twice when trying to speak with the manager. And when trying to speak face to face, she didn't want to come out. Instead of trying to lie and assume people can't read, train on customer service and de-escalation skills. You're mad at a brownie after spending $500- $600. The party package is laughable! And was about to spend more! Never again.

I prefer Splitz over Bowlero any day. Me and the family had a good time, cheese pizza was good and it was 6 of us and it was inexpensive too

This place is terrible. The employees look dead inside and act like they don’t wanna be there. Arcade games are limited. Bowling is insanely expensive. I’d skip it and go to Main Event and Dave and Busters.

Fun place, bowling was good, but a little expensive for bowling. The food was ok, nothing special. Friendly staff.
