I’ve bought tires here numerous times and service is always top notch. I recommend to everyone. My daughter wanted 3 tires but y’all had a set and suggested replacing all of them. Still using them.

Unreliable service. Wanted tires got up sold for new which had to be ordered. The delivery service broke down was told in the morning. No call whatsoever to let me know tires were there so I drove over.

On a Sunday evening 2 weeks ago my vehicle had begun to bog out with no warning. The check engine light came on and was blinking intermittently indicating a major failure from some area of the engine. I was miles from home and with no roadside assistance reluctantly drove it home not able to accelerate above 40 mph. With no clue as to what could be wrong, I reached out to my husband's previous employer for a reference and was directed to Spooner's. Not only were they accommodating by diag'n the problem, with limited staff & at almost the close of the business day they agreed to fix the failed coil. My vehicle was due for a mandatory tune-up and needed 3 additional coils so they set an appointment the following Monday @ 9am. As a student my transportation is extremely important. I can not thank them enough for the quick turn around and fair pricing. Returned on the following Monday to complete the tune-up. No haggling just upfront & fair pricing! I had previously been getting 13 mpg. Upon the recommendation of the shop's owner I refuled my empty tank with 93oct gas and hoped for an improvement. Over 1 week later, I still have a quarter tank remaining & I am now getting over 19mpg city. The over all experience is one that will have me returning for any future maintenance or repairs. 10 out of 10 would Highly Recommended! Thank you Spooner's Staff!

Today December 30,2022 I took my Jaguar F-PACE to Spooners because Pep boys recommended that I take it there due to.my tire had a nail in it. My car is under warranty as well as my tires, therefore, I wanted to take my car to Jaguar to service my tire. However, I took it to Spooners.

The owner came over to me. We spoke about my tire and what it needed. He was a great guy with a great personality. In addition, I noticed how he spoke to his staff. They seem like a family there at Spooners. That said, if you are a person who knows a lot about cars. It seem like a great place to work.

Although they were very busy, the owner had one of his staff members get to work right away on my tire and was done in under 20 mins. I never heard of Spooners until today. However, because of the excellent service with the kindness, I recommend you taking your business here.

I normally take my vehicles to the dealership if I have any concerns or issues regarding my vehicles. However, today is a day a stopped by Spooners. Check them out!
