Just had the most disrespectful experience ever for my 12 year old son. He’s only gone to the location at Northdale for every haircut since we moved to this area 2 years ago. After requesting the last person that cut his hair, because of how good she did, the extremely disrespectful woman we were greeted by, proceeded to have an attitude towards him about everything from how he wanted his haircut to criticizing how clean his hair was. As he tried explaining to her how he wanted it cut in the same words he used previously, she began to argue with him about the fact it wasn’t cut in that way currently. I then asked when the other woman would be there so we could return only to receive more attitude from her. Needless to say, the $25 haircut + the $10 tip I give every time to get his haircut, will no longer be given to this place. Treating your clients with respect should be a given in the service industry. No matter how young or old they are. Quite frankly I am capable of cutting his hair but he’s learning to be an adult and how to do adult things, so I insist he goes to a salon or barber to get his haircut. I strongly advise against anyone bringing their son into that place and expecting anything less than disrespect.

Amber did a fantastic job with my haircut and beard-trim. She was super personable, professional, and polite. She also took the time to explain hair-related education. Highly recommend. Will return!

Tally was wonderful, taking care of me with my mess of hair after being ill over the last year and not getting a regular haircut. I feel so much better just getting a regular haircut. I definitely recommend this location.

Amber is an awesome stylist. Place is usually quick in and wick out for me which is ideal.

The Northdale Sports Clips has been my go to location to have my hair cut for 6 years now and i always leave feeling more confident than when i walked in. Shoutout to Amber Rose for being an amazing stylist to me for the last 3 years.

As a walk in for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to take me with no appointment in about 15 mins. Tally did an excellent job after showing her a picture of how I wanted it cut. After the initial cut, she led me to the shampoo area with massage chair and warm facial towel, then back out for a shoulder and neck massage before applying a holding agent. I entered looking like a caveman and left looking like an executive. I will definitely be back on a Wed or Thur, the 2 days Tally works! Thank you.

I have been coming here since last year. As a college student, there are a lot of haircut places around campus. However, I drive out to this specific sports clips because it is a company I’m used to. I was very surprised with the great service, great haircuts, and great conversations I have with the stylists. In all regards, this Sports Clips is where I exclusively go for my haircuts, due to the excellent service.

Have got a couple times. Okay but not great. Convenient location for me at least. Last time the check in wait clock kept going up and up. 50 mins turned into an hour and a half before I bailed. Also it smells in there. Time to find a new place. Im done.
