Incredible experience. Salespeople are very qualified. I bought a pair of nike sneakers, they were very kind and had all the sizes and a wide array of options. They also have regular sales in case you're looking for a bargain!

I’ve been to this store a couple of times and the service is great, but for some reason every time I come the AC is broken, which is terrible taking into consideration that we live in South Florida.

I have been shopping here for year! Love the store, the newest trendiest styles. Carlos has been helping me for years with every style and trend I have in mind. Very sweet, helpful and honest with opinions on styles and fit. Today was not a pleasant shopping experience. Carlos was great and helpful as always but the air conditioner was broken and it seems as it was days. Very hot and shopping experience wasn’t the same but Carlos still across a smile in his face the whole time.

The attention is incredible! But they need to fix the air conditioning because you can't stay inside the store for long like that!

Receipts say 14 days to exchange, no where in the store or on the receipt does it say discounted items are non-exchangeable but they did not allow me to exchange t-shirts I purchased with out trying on, due to them not having a fitting room. How does a company sell clothing and not have fitting rooms?

The guy that took care of us was extremely disrespectful. I would not recommend going to this store and would not purchase from there. They never told us that a refund couldn’t be don. 0/10 of customer service
