Spring Haven Dental, Odessa FL

First time patient. It felt like a luxury salon & spa walking in. The waiting area atmosphere and front desk was very visually appealing. Everyone there was extremely nice! It felt like a small family practice. Everyone had such beautiful personalities & there was such a positive vibe to the whole office. I had a few concerns about my care, they were respectful of my choices & addressed them with care & compassion. I will definitely be sticking with this team for my dental care.

This place was so nice, the staff were amazing. The price is definitely up there but they offer great ways to pay it back. They take most insurance and have many great doctors. I wish I went here as a kid but I wouldn’t have been able to. If you have a fear of the dentist this is the place to go because they did such a great job of making me feel comfortable with music and sensory. The dentist today also let me share my music of interests to keep me distracted

I was very anxious to go to the dentist. After being in a hit and run motorcycle wreck 5 years ago that left my left leg paralyzed and with breathing issues. Plus many other medical issues. Going to the dentist has been last on the list. I went to Greenburg dental and found out I need many extractions. Of course they didn't do extractions. My teeth are literally crumbling because of dry mouth do to medication I've been on for the last 5 years. In fact I need them all pulled and dentures in the long run. But 4 are causing severe pain. So Spring Haven Dental was like my 10th call. Finally a place that had an oral surgeon and could get me in within a couple weeks. Still I went in very anxious. Immediately the front staffs kindness and welcoming additude was a great 1st impression. Then I'm taken to the back, early too. Juliana takes my blood pressure which is HI because I'm so anxious. She is so very sweet and nice and reassuring. Dr. Raffoul comes in and introduced himself and asks me the usual questions. Why I'm there, what my wants are and aren't and what my long term plan is. Let me tell you. This guy is there for the patient. Besides being very professional understanding, kind, empathetic, caring, he is also the most competent oral surgeons I've ever met. I'm 46 and have been to the dentist quite a few times in my life. I had 4 teeth extracted. And Dr. Raffoul was calming and so quick. I left wondering why I was ever anxious. From the front staff that greeted me to the back staff that worked on me, this was the most amazing dentist office I've ever heard of, much less been to. They aren't there to upsell you. Or take advantage of you. They are there to listen to what you want. They may have professional suggestions and advice. But they aren't pushy at all. I highly recommend this place to anybody who wants an amazing dentist and oral surgeon office you can trust. I feel lucky that I picked this dental office. I hope you pick them too. She is happy to help with questions and goes above and beyond to get answers. The rest of the staff is also professional and everyone obviously enjoys tbeir work. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! It's been over 10 years since I've been able to drag my anxious self to a dentist, but after breaking a tooth I knew it was time! My insurance co.helped me find this group and I couldn't be more pleased. I was treated by Dr. Regan and staff with the utmost in care, patience and education. I got my wisdom teeth removed here today & they did amazing! They made sure I was comfortable & pain free. Everything was done so swiftly I’m very pleased with how well everything went! 10/10 highly recommend!

Today, Dr Christina Regan saw my mom for the first time as an emergency. She hadn’t been to a dentist in over 40 years. From the moment we walked in I knew my mom was in GREAT hands. Dr C thanked me for bringing her there. I should be thanking her and the staff for fitting her in. The office is extremely clean and the staff is exceptionally nice. Today, I just had SEVEN teeth pulled at once! Dr Regan was beyond fantastic. 72 hours ago I got into the clinic without even having a prior appointment as I needed urgent dental attention. Not only did they fit me in same-day, they also provided very prompt treatment on the next business day. Every staff member was great, and this is probably the best dentist in the Tampa Bay Area!
