My cat had his surgery scheduled for 11/15 and unfortunately I had a dentist appointment that same day. Dr. Wempe and the staff completed Oliver’s surgery first so I would not have to rush to pick him up. I did not ask them to do this, they simply went above and beyond and I could not be more appreciative. When I got there to pick him up, I was given very clear instructions with a wonderful explanation on how to take care of him post op. Thank you so much to everyone at Spring Hill Animal Clinic!

Bella went in for a quick eye check up and a question about her pads. Doctor Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable about her condition. We were in and out in less then 20 minutes and got her a prescription too. Cost was very affordable.

Today My wife Marilyn took our little baby Brooklyn to see a doctor cause our little Brooklyn was very sick. They told us that no appointments all booked up.so, Marilyn was calling around to see if we can get it somewhere. But we got a call back from a worker called Kelly and she said your lucky someone cancelled Marilyn was so happy we took that 4pm appointment wow the workers are so good looking out for us on a stressful day.
I just want to say Thank you to the staff and the Doctors that train this staff on customer service to the highest.

The doctor called me himself after Murphy was a drop off visit without an appointment. He gave me all the information on Murphy’s status. The staff was also wonderful squeezing Murphy in with very little notice. I’ve been going to Spring Hill Animal Clinic since Murphy was an eight week old puppy and he is now almost nine. The best clinic around.

I brought two of my pups here this afternoon, Kristen my technician was so sweet and made sure my very nervous girl was comfortable the entire time. Thank you for being so amazing every time I’m there!

Very good vet and would recommend. The doctors are good and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices and the place is very clean inside and out. Out of the vets I been to in Spring Hill I like this one the best.

I have been with doctors Stacy and Dave for years. I will never change vets they are caring and like family. They cared fro my first two fur babies that passed away in 2010 and 2013. They never said they couldn’t see them if an emergency arose. Now they are caring for my 10 year old yorkie and are just as caring and concerned. I always recommend them to anyone who needs a vet and those that followed up couldn’t have enough good things to say. Thank you guys for being who you are and Poppie thanks you too.

We have been bringing our two cats to Spring Hill for several years now and have always been impressed with the caring nature of all of the Doctors and Techs. One of our cats has a repeat episodic issue occurring and Doctors are always so accommodating and helpful. This is truly a caring Clinic.

I love how the team here is very attentive with our fur babies and every question i had was answered and explained. I love how this office is understanding and compassionate. They truly care for the animals and are very genuine.

My husband and I brought a brand new puppy for his health check up on a Thursday (as required by our breeder to ensure the health warranty on a $4500 dog). We both expressed concerns regarding rapid breathing and constant stooling that did not seem normal. We were told they were testing his stool. Our concerns were dismissed as routine puppy issues and his stool was “negative”.
By Sunday, our 8 week old puppy was stooling frank red blood, was lethargic and had labored breathing. I had to take him to the Urgent Vet that Sunday morning and when they asked for his symptoms over the phone- they said they needed to test for Giardia and Parvo. THANKFULLY the Urgent Vet on 54 has competent and caring staff since our puppy tested POSITIVE for Giardia and required fluids for his significant dehydration status in addition to the corresponding antibiotic/dew treatment required.
My family will NOT be returning to our beloved Springhill Animal Clinic. We have lost all faith in their assessment skills and hope nobody else has the same experience we did.
When we followed up with Springhill Animal Clinic to let them know the situation that occurred- they couldn’t care less or even offer to help with the $400 Urgent Vet bill that was completely unnecessary had they done a thorough assessment with the appropriate diagnostics 3 1/2 days prior. We thank the Urgent Vet clinic on SR 54 for saving our puppy and taking our concerns seriously from the start. We will hence forth be going to VCA San Francis.
