This business also belongs to the same people who ripped me off so im posting it on all their busness websites.

This place came up in a google search. It said call them before booking. So I did. The first call was pleasant and professional. I booked the day and time they said was open. I called back and thats when the problems started. Donna could not answer any of my questions and keep yelling to Ed to get answers. She said she was sorry because her dogs were outside playing in the mud and they were trying to clean them up. What does that have to do with me? Nothing. Anyway I pointed out some price discrepancies on their website and was told by Ed that they havent updated their site in years. This second call I made had me questioning my choice as neather one of them sounded like they had a clue what to do and say to a customer or how to run a
professional wedding business. My wife and I discussed it and decided it best not to have them do our vow renewal do to the lack of professionalism and the fact they could not do it on the date and time I requested when booking. I was refused a refund and moved off their calander. So really they stole $350 dollars from me and I get nothing. No service or refund. This ceremony was to take place 8/29/23.over 2 months away. I have filed disputes with Paypal, my credit card company, and im reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. Please avoid this place and understand their are other service providers out their. I booked this place because it was the least expensive and now im paying the price for it. The nerve of some people who think they can just keep your money and deny the service. Beware of this company.
