Didn't like them my nail didn't look anything like I asked for them I was given one price at first then when he finished it was a higher price can see where they did my fill in will not be going back

I have been coming to this business off and on for 15 years plus and today was the WORST!
The pedicure, although I don’t believe was worth $35, the paint and massage was amazing!
When it came to the nails…. I was very specific in my communication as to what I wanted. I already had long nails that were as close to almond as this place could get. I asked for a cut down, but just a little. Even showed her the nail length on one of my own nails to go by…. Over half the length was GONE! So out the window my design went… Nails were too short now to pull if off.
Since Cindy has left and new, I’m assuming, owner/management has been in, the quality of service has TANKED!
I’m not a one bad experience and done kind of person. People have bad days. But I’ve given them all many opportunities.
Today, I over paid for a horrible experience. I am sad to say that I will never be back.
I miss Cindy.

$30 (+20% tip) gel manicure was a waste of money had to remove same night myself. Sloppy job, paint on my skin, lumpy with bubbles on most of nails made for poor rough finish. Used a light pink shade #6 and the polish must have been old and too thick. Thumb nail was painted past cuticle edge onto my skin, polish was pulling up even before I left salon. Requested for the gentleman to fix, he tried to file and cut away instead of re-doing the nail - looked terrible. 2 hours later it started to peel up. I ended up having to take the entire manicure off myself. Really dissatisfied with the work and completely wasted my money. This was a rare treat I saved up for. I wish I had gone somewhere else. Ruined my day as well as wasted my money. The $25 pedicure was better and done by a different tech.

Terrible establishment. There was a young boy, probably younger than 16 who wasn’t even using the cuticle cutter correctly. He ended up chopping my nail off and it started bleeding. I don’t even think he’s licensed. I’m raising hell literally right now

The staff was Friendly, Funny, Patient with me. My daughter and I went she had her nails done and I had a pedicure.

I came here to get my nails done and they cut two of my fingers and had a bad pain when he drilled and rushed me to get another girl need to say it was my first and last time being there

The worst experience ever. My nails started breaking 2 days later. Not experienced enough with design. Couldn't do overlay and over charged. They cut my friends toe then poured alcohol on it and told her to stop wining its a little cut. Never again.

NEVER again. First off the salon was filthy. Mail dust everywhere, pieces of nails on the ground, old oil jars being used on the same hands over and over. It was so bad I didn’t even let them use any of their lotions or oils on my hands for fear of infection. I had 2 employees work on my nails both were so rough I could’ve, and probably should’ve, left then. I asked for a gel manicure and within 1 day of getting them done ALL my nails have lifted. As someone who gets their nails done regularly this place was all around a huge disappointment.

I do not pamper myself ever. I came here on a whim and I am so glad I did. They are so accommodating and made me feel so welcome and loved. I even cried. Life is hard and sometimes especially when you forget about self care. I am so grateful and I will definitely be coming back.

My wife has been going here for years and loves this salon. I recently went for my first pedicure and had a great relaxing experience.

I’m going to preface this by saying I have really bad anxiety which causes me to pick and bite my nails so my nail beds are always short so the lady who did my nails worked with what she could which is why I gave it a 3.

I first came in an asked for a simple almond shape with black French. Halfway thru my husband said I should do a white French instead when I relayed I’d prefer white she said okay. I had issues with the shape and length even had her replace a thumb nail because she had cut it to short. After bending a nail while putting it on After she replaced it it’s actually the only nail on my hands I like. I only came here cause my regular tech moved and I needed a new salon. I had high hopes because of the reviews but I guess I didn’t dig deep enough. By the time we were don’t I just wanted to go home the first photo is what I asked for. All in all I have it a 3 cause maybe it’s my fault for not being more clear with what I wanted but I’m highly unsatisfied

This business is one of the best. My baby was fussy half way through acrylics and one of the ladys had the patience to let mr hold her and did one hand at a time. Another one held her while we finished. Illnever go anywhere else.

UPDATE I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER. If I could give this place a zero star I honestly would! The man who did my nails was rough and rude. I asked for pink nails with silver glitter and he continued to tell me ok and didnt give me that at all, and on top of that he cut my fingers all up as well as my toes. Not only are my fingers and toes cut up, my big toe is swollen and bleeding (see above in pictures). My nails are also lumpy (as you can see in the pictures as well.) He put way too many coats of nail polish on the nails which caused my nails to be thick and he didn't do coffin nails like I requested as well. I am extremely disappointed at this. The only good experience I had was when a different lady came and put the jewel on my nails because at that point I was DONE! This man needs to be fired, he obviously has no idea how to do nails and is way to rough with his customers.

I was on the hunt for a good nail salon and thought I would try out this place, the people were very friendly but the nail job was terrible. I paid $55 for a full set definitely not worth the price. The man who did my nails unfortunately seems like he has 0 experience and probably should not be providing service. I had to get the shape re filed and fixed by another nail tech. The fix was ok She tried her best to fix the shape it was way worse than what’s in the photo but I still left unsatisfied. The jewel design is also crooked and off center. The nails are too thick and bulky and shape is just horrible if I didn’t spend so much money I would have taken them off immediately. Got a pedicure by the same man who ruined my nails because I felt bad and thought I would give him a chance on the pedicure and he cut my small index toe which hurts a lot now. I unfortunately will not be going back and have to find a new nail salon.

Coming here for 4 years. Same day and time every 2 weeks.
New owner took over and today will be my last time. My nail tech is awesome but they are late to open every morning and time is Money so if someone don’t appreciate my money I will give it to someone who wants it.

Went in for a fill because i heard they were great and my regular nail tech was booked for a couple days and i needed them done asap.nails looked good at first, except the gel wasn’t under the uv that long, some are different shaped then the others, and 3 are already lifting (i got them done 12-16, it is now 12-21) not happy at all, and i will not be returning.

Friendly and treat you like family. Cindy is AMAZING AT EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THE BROW GAME. Would definitely recommend this place hands down ️️
