The worst customer service experience ever.
The air conditioning may be broken for a week, in the middle of August and you have to live with 92F because there is no technician, because the asistant manager forgets that you are standing at the door, because nobody respects you. The Spring Tree management is the worst. I understand that the condo is old and does not have luxury but there are always things that can be resolved by talking with a respectful Manager.

Awesome apartment and spacious. The manager Sally vega is awesome. Always there to help and always friendly and helping. The maintenance men are great. Any problem they are there to help. Great location great apartment and great staff!
