Use to live there. Some are nice but some are downright mean.

If you just want to relax, this is a good place to stay at.

Home owners owned their land; board directors chosen by lot owners; lot assessments established by elected board of directors; lived here thirty years. Only one increase in 30 years. Present assessment $55.00 and change. Low crime. Not part of sun coast estates.
