Excellent location and services. They bring breakfast to your room and all the facilities are very clean!

Ms Vladi ar the front desk was very kind and extremely pleasant. I didn't have a phone charger and she supplied me with a charger.

The staff was great, cleaning lady awesome. But there is a big issue, Rooms are in awful shape. Rugs are disgusting and there are roaches in the rooms. I saw roaches in the bathroom and the desk area. Bathtub had an awful smell. I’m my opinion it is too expensive for the room quality.

Florence, the Innkeeper, is professional, courteous, responsive, and caring. She addresses one’s needs quickly and with a smile. This property is very fortunate to have her on board.

Worst customer services and hotel policy. I made 3 room RS for 2 nights. Had to make changes on the reservacion with in the 24 hours. They denied a full refund only received one night for one room.my total was $1,200 this is ridiculous. Dont stay here they are the worst

Rooms need some updating. The breakfast was meh. The employees from front desk, engineering and housekeeping were friendly.

Just checked in and the room we were given is gross. There are what look like pet urine stains everywhere. The room smells like a hint of smoke with the essence of pet urine. I would not recommend staying here.

I was very impressed with this hotel! The room was spacious, immaculate, and provided all amenities desired. Particularly liked the comfortable bed. The free breakfast buffet offered was impressive, and the staff who maintained it were very courteous. In fact, all employees were very pleasant.
As a senior traveling alone, I appreciate the easy parking availability and convenient, safe environment. It is close to major highways in Boca so travel was a breeze.
I will definitely stay here on my next visit!

Stayed here during hurricane Nicole. Staff was wonderful! The windows are double pained. You can't hear any outside noise. Lots of parking and the rooms are perfect to work in.

I’m must say originally I was a bit disappointed and dissatisfied with the room I got here. Being a titanium bonvoy member I am usually given a decent room (bigger room; better view), but on this occasion the front desk reps checked me into a shabby 2nd fl room. However, the next morning the front desk rep -Ms Latoya- made my day by switching me to a nice room with a fantastic view of the pool. She was professional and courteous. It was a great pleasure to meet her today

We didn't end up staying because not one, but two rooms were filthy. Mold, hairs, musty

We arrived early for FAU homecoming and we were checked in pretty quickly. The rooms are old and smelly and could really use a renovation. While there my business partner was racially profiled (harassed) by Julie at the front desk. So when I was informed I immediately called downstairs and asked her why? Of course she didn’t have an answer. So the next morning I spoke with Marriott and Tresor Kabeshe who said he was the manager. That wasn’t true you’re just the assistant manager. He just made a bunch of excuses as to why the incident happened. (WITH NO COMPENSATION) when you and your staffers were clearly wrong. We asked for Julie’s last name he said he didn’t know it because he’d only been there for 2 month’s, and that wasn’t true either. As a “manager” how do you not now the names of your staff. I didn’t read the reviews before booking. Lesson learned…

Great place to stay. Good location and clean. We have stayed here over 15 times and will continue.
Great complimentary breakfast, nice location and MOST importantly, great coffee (coffee is life ️)

Ryan checked me in. Professional and courteous. The hotel is OUTDATED. However it is VERY clean.

Staff was super friendly and so helpful. We had to leave our home to seek shelter and they made it such an easy process and you could tell they truly cared. 100% recommend! When we go back to the Atlantic side to visit this will now be our place to stay!

Good place for Big trucks, trailer and RVs. Older room and TVs seem to not work very well. Could use an update but rooms seem bigger than normal. Service at the desk was really good.
