SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bradenton Downtown/Riverfront

This is my first review ~~ we paid over $600 for two nights. Although the room was in fine condition when we arrived, “housekeeping” is only provided every other day, although one pays for the room EVERY day. Not acceptable for a Marriott property! We went back to our room after a very long day and it was not cleaned~~

This was a very plesant surprise. Great location with a wonderful roof top pool and bar as well as oak and stone restaurant. The rooms are large split by a desk between bedroom and living room. The shower had great pressure and I could have stayed in it forever. Breakfast was included and had a great spread.

I didn't find the value here to go with the price. Unfortunately, the water view from the second floor is very poor. And the breakfast, with quite a selection, was lackluster. The hot was usually, and mostly, cold. Luke warm at best. Once in a while, I found heat in something and was pleasantly surprised!

I understand it's currently about a year old. So it's fresh. Everything was clean. Room was nice. Hot water issues in other reviews seem to be gone, no issues there, and excellent pressure!

Parking was a bit odd, in my experience. Not terrible, but not desirable.

We didn't interact with staff much in the four days we were there, so I can't say much either way. The guy at the desk, at night, who checked us in, left us with a feeling he wasn't going to out of his way to be helpful if needed/wanted anything. So we didn't bother anyone, and usually aren't needy guests anyway.

Price is the biggest detractor. After our stay in Pensacola, this one made me wish I extended there.
Air B&B sites/rates in Bradenton are worth checking into.

Rooms were modern and clean - great views of riverfront. Rooftop restaurant and bar for amazing sunsets.

Our schedule was quite hectic, and SpringHill Suites personnel were just most helpful and terrific!

Great hotel in the middle of downtown Bradenton. Only down fall will be the parking situation.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location near water and downtown walk. Parking is a 5 minute walk from car to front desk and the rooms were well maintained and spacious. All great value for the price!

It is solely based the wonderful wonderful people who work at this Marriott that our stay there was fabulous! From George & Letisha and other fine, welcoming, kind, dedicated, efficient, people at the front desk, and in Housekeeping, Arilisth and all the morning crew, I truly recommend and rate this hotel as a 10.

I don’t often write reviews but this place is so wonderful I just had to say something. The room is comfy, the view amazing and the food delicious. Everyone is friendly and it’s very quiet in my room. I’ll be back!

Barn doors on the bathrooms. Had to listen to my father taking a dump while drowning out the sound with Higher by Creed. Nobody should have to listen to that song to drown out the sounds of bodily functions. Just give me an insulating bathroom door

Great staff and big comfortable room. We had three adults and with the two beds and the trundle we all slept great. Top floor was great for drinks but had no food when we visited.

Great location. We loved the rooftop bar and pool. The rooms were a good size and very clean. My first Spring Hills stay where the AC wasn't noisy. We'll definitely be back.

I was at Oak and Stone on the rooftop. Love their wings. Great views of the Gulf and Manatee River. At night, you can see the Skyway Bridge.

The staff was amazing. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was ok, but the parking leaves a lot to be desired.

Free breakfast in the morning, rooftop was nice, pool was tiny, door closes at 9 so you have to go downstairs through the lobby or pizza shop, make sure to have your room key to open, frontdesk very helpful.

Coming to Bradington for over 20 years. This was our first time staying here and right off the bat. I can say we really enjoyed it overall. Having a view of the river and marina was a big plus right from the room. Also, the rooftop was very nice. I didn’t use the pool but it was small but people seem to be enjoying it. Everybody workin the front desk was extremely friendly and greeted everyone coming and going. The shower pressure was the best ever! The breakfast is probably the only negative I will give it one star, good for one morning but I wouldn’t go more, just not enough choices. Parking a block away but only 2 minutes walk. The rooftop deck should be pressure washed but still was nice. I will definitely stay here again.

This place is fantastic believe me! If you’re the kind of people who like to follow the reviews like me? This is a place and a hotel you need to try! Would like to spend more days here but I have to go back and work!

A very good hotel … and the lady (PAM) who served us every breakfast made us feel as we were at home SHE IS AMAZING …

Loved the hotel! Only down side was the parking. The garage was about 1/2 a block away. This is a pain if you go shopping and have to lug your bags from the garage to the hotel. The bathroom mirror has a center square that is a magnifying mirror.awesome

This is an excellent hotel I recommend it my experience was great, the view from the top of the building is incredible to watch the sunset. The restaurant attached to the great building.
