Sprinkles Disney Springs reviews
19Although we’ve been to Disney Springs many times, we just recently tried Sprinkles for the first time. You can use their famous cupcake ATM to order, or you can go inside and order at the counter. We tried the red velvet cookie, lemon cupcake, and cupcake milkshake. The milkshake (I got vanilla with a red velvet cupcake blended in) was really good! Creamy with a good cupcake-to ice cream ratio. The red velvet cookie was good, but I wish it had some cream cheese frosting on it instead of the white chocolate chips. My boyfriend enjoyed his lemon cupcake, but I found it to be a bit tart (I’m not a fan of lemon— and lemons are supposed to be tart). All in all, we’d come back again to try some other cupcake flavors.
Always heard so much hype over this place. Ordered the Barbie cupcake and opened the bag later to see they gave me the circus animal cupcake. Icing tasted like it came from a can and honestly I have had better cupcakes from a Walmart bakery. Overpriced and overrated.
I always loved the cupcakes from sprinkles in Disney springs. The red velvet was my favorite unfortunately I went back to get my favorite cupcake and I was so disappointed. First of all the price has gone up secondly the size has and gotten smaller and the quality is not the same more dense then usual. That’s just not necessary if you have something good going why do you have to change it on that note I will never go there again. You have lost a repeated customer for good.
I've never heard of this place and stumbled upon it by accident while waiting for my sister to pick out her Pandora charm. I got the red velvet and it was moist and tasty, but the cupcake to icing ratio is off. There was a lot of icing and I didn't think it was that good. And they are fairly pricey. Ordering at the self-order tablets was easy and they are super cute, I just wasn't a fan. I will probably try them out one more time.
The best gluten free cupcake I’ve ever had! It was delicious and came out with a G on it too and I saw the server change gloves. Highly recommend, the texture was amazing. I had the red velvet, there is also a lemon blueberry cupcake and a gluten free chocolate chip cookie. I’ll be trying those next time!
I LOVE sprinkles my cupcake was great and the customer service was awesome Viviana was so kind and helpful!
Sprinkles Cupcakes in Disney Springs offers a wide selection of delicious and beautifully crafted cupcakes that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
For a minute, I thought the bakery was closed. It looked abandoned. I went inside and was shocked not to see an actual bakery and not a cupcake in sight. Only a picture board. The store was dirty and smelled like a basement. I chose to leave very disappointed.
We recently visited Sprinkles at this location and ordered two cupcakes: Vietnamese Coffee and Salty Caramel. The Vietnamese were soooooo delicious and moist. We appreciate the creativity and quality put into that flavor.
This was not my first time trying Salty Caramel. However, this one was a bit dry. Maybe it was made a day or two ago. DC Salty Caramel was great last year-so I'm sure it was just a time-lapse! Highly recommend visiting!
Question: As Sprinkles cupcakes always been a virtual experience? Order on I-pad? Or did you order straight through workers?:)
Overpriced. Not quality cupcakes. Very disappointing. Staff is also not very friendly or helpful. Overall it's not worth the price. Which was $12 for two cupcakes.
1st off, we have loved Sprinkles for years! My daughter was having trouble with the app to get her birthday cupcake. We fully intended to buy some too, but I hadn’t disclosed that yet. Viviana T was so helpful, trying to assist us with trouble shooting the app. When we ultimately couldn’t get it to work she boxed up not one, but 2 cupcakes so big sister was not left out! I was so impressed with her! I proceeded to order 2 more cupcakes and Viviana processed the transaction. I wanted to give her a huge tip but she ran it through and handed me my card and said no worries! Making sure I could give her this glowing review is the least I could do. I’m a manager in the service industry and we could all use more Viviana (s)!
Delicious cupcakes and a wide variety of flavors. However, I would suggest more sugar free or sugar substituted items and flavors on the menu, considering the only option for a sugar free cupcake was a red velvet cake flavor.
Finally tried these! They definitely did not live up to the hype. I got the birthday cake, cinnamon, and caramel. They were super dry. For $6 each it was not worth it.
This place does not meet expectations, rude staff and over priced average cup cakes. My advice would be to skip this place and try somewhere else.
DO NOT make the mistake of trying the cupcake ATM. We ordered 4 cupcakes, waited 45 minutes then went inside to hear another 15 mins and they are still loading cupcakes. Close the cupcake ATM if you don't have the staff or ability to load it so kids don't get disappointed. Highly disappointed in sprinkles. We are from NY and was expecting great customer service here. Terrible experience! You're losing business!
I absolutely love this place! All I can say is to try it for yourself if you love ice cream or cupcakes. Best is, they cut a cupcake in half, place the bottom half in a cup with a scoop of ice cream, then the top of the cupcake.
Sprinkles Cupcakes is the perfect spot to pick up cupcakes in Disney Springs. I love their salty caramel and the strawberry is a favorite of my daughters. Yes, you can get Disney themed cupcakes in the other candy shops but if you’re looking for a delicious treat with flavor, Sprinkles is the way to go!
This location doesn’t offer typical ordering anymore. You have the option to order on their in store iPads or doing mobile ordering through their website. I appreciate that as I can pre order and pick up at my convenience when I’m heading out.
They offer their cupcakes, cookies, cakes, brownies, and cupcake decorating kits. It’s a great dessert spot that offers a shaded seating area if you’re eating your goodies there.
They also have a cupcake atm if you’d prefer to get your sugar fix that way!
I just want to start with saying sprinkles at disney springs has the BEST! Gluten free cupcake / cake dessert I’ve ever tasted this gluten free red velvet is alwaysssss decadent and moist they never! Disappoint
And Viviana is such an amazing cast member she is always so sweet and willing to help out any guest especially myself please if you are interested in gluten free deserts RUN & don’t walk to dianey springs
And if velvet isn’t your go2 they offer another GF-vegan option which is lemon berry which isn’t my fav but it’s very good
I stop in every visit to Orlando! Best cookies and cupcakes plus always a super nice staff.
