I went to them about 6 months ago to buy a new phone and start a plan with them. Well anyways I got someone by the name of Jamison. He told me he had been working there for a while. As our conversation carried in he was super insightful with everything that I needed from the different plans and different phones to choose from. By the time it was all said and done he had been so helpful and knowledgeable that I was beyond satisfied. I would highly recommend people to the store. Truly an amazing and simple experience

Mr. Jamison Vega Mobile Expert went above and beyond my expectations. He was informative, patient, knowledgeable and is definitely an asset to Teen Mobile/Sprint. I made an appt online for a screen repair. Driver all the way here only to find they have CLOSED this location. Everything online says open DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE.

I was there last Tuesday for a problem with my Galaxy S9+ and a gentleman named Javon fixed it for me in a heartbeat. Kudos to him and this store!

Busy, busy place! I had made an appointment so we were served very quickly. I was buying a new phone and it was quick and efficient. The young woman who helped us was knowledgeable and we were in and out in an hour. I was told the data transfer on the new phone would take approximately 45 minutes. It did. Excellent service.

Have been a coustmer for a long time and have nothing but good to say about them. Some times phone dont work in some spots but my friends have other companys and theres work in less spots then mine ever does. Some times i feel like mine dont work near house but i think is tower problem did it before and then they ficed it and worked great for long time. Love the company and how they work with you on getting new phones.

I came in with more problems than I thought they could help me out with but Jamison and his managers did everything they could to help me out (and they did it so quick too!). I was treated so kindly. 10/10 best bunch of employees ever, wish I got their names to thank them too. (THANK YOU JAMISON!)

Disappointed! The television commercial are inviting with a certain can you hear me now moment. But very apart from the the reality of the deal. Fine print consumes the pitch and becomes the deal breaker. No accountability for the bait and hook, other then a corporate talking point apology. I walked out frustrated that I fell for their sell pitch. Definitely a too good to be true moment.

Do not buy into this they will still your money and then if u pay off your phones you will have to wait 15 days and still struggle to unlock devices! They are a total scam and steal your money. They do take ur money right away! It is a waste of ur money and patience worse service ever! And the retailers cannot help u with anything!

They are nice to get you to signup. I brought back defective LG phone and they wanted me to pay restocking fees, after signup reps are extremely rude and service is horrible. Price is great, but I rather pay double or even triple for better support and service. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID, STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT ESPECIALLY THIS STORE! Less than a week and I'm switching to Verizon.

Called and spoke to the district manager job Sunday. Promised a manager would give me a call back by EOD. It's now Friday, with no call. Great customer service - only when they lie:)

We went because my Galaxy note 9 had a charging issue. Both their techs were great. It's a common issue so everything was free. We worked with Tyler on upgrading my wife's phone. Very knowledgeable and did all he good to help save us money as well very happy with everything and everyone

Our family signed up with Sprint cell phone service 3 months ago. We added 3 lines of service and were told that if we signed up that day we would receive a $80.00 credit on our bill. We have been given the runaround now for 3 months by the Sales Manager at the Cape Coral Florida store on Veterans Parkway. His name is Brandyn. We also made an appointment with the store manager and received a confirmation on the appointment with him and he never showed up for the appointment or called me to apologies.
So far we are very unhappy with Sprint. Warning to anyone thinking of signing with Sprint. Don't trust these people. We are also very unhappy with the quality of the service. Poor high speed!

Finally after months of trying to solve this issue, it was resolved.

My experience with Sprint is so poor. No come back. I been waiting 2 year to finished my contract with them. Service sucks and customers service by phone it's the worst.

Awesome, the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a connection problem with all 3 of our phones. Not only did he fix our problem, but he updated and removed the unneeded apps.

2nd. Time here and 12 workers and not one would talk to me after standing there for 10 minutes. Never deal with you people again. Going to Verizon now for 3 new phones.
