Ask for Jessie for any repairs. This man is a Genius with amazing people skills. My phone takes a beating which requires repairs about 3 times a year. He has saved me from an insurance claim several times with his knowledge of the Galaxy line. He explains everything to me about the repair and what my contract allows me. Thank you Jessie for being so professional and knowledgeable.

So i wasted 2 hours of my time
Because i walked in to do a trade in since i was eligible and went through the whole process and at the last they ask for a 300 dollar down payment witch i was never told about in the beginning since sprint was zero down payment so if you got 300 dollars go for it if not dont waste your time t-mobile screwed everything up.

Very helpful compared to some of the other stores I've been too in the area. If you have a real issue with your phone you'll be sent here anyway so I'd suggest just coming to this location first before any others

If you crack your screen and need a repair don’t bother making an appointment here. They don’t follow them anyways. Told me they could fix it, I drove 40 minutes and then when I got there they said there was nothing they could do. Why have appointments if you’re not gonna honor the reason I’m coming in? You’ll have better luck at a 3rd party location. Faster repair time and they’ll actually be able to fix your phone. 0/5

Make sure you get a receipt before you leave, if they say it’s free it comes with the phone it’s not! You’ll be making payments on a phone case you could’ve gotten on Amazon for way less, download the sprint app and look at what they are really charging you, the sales staff are rip off artist and they’re not helping you save money they’re only adding commission to their pay check so remember that! If it’s free your paying for something. Oh and if you figure out that they ripped you off just return the items they forced on you within two weeks, it’s best to do everything over the phone or online for a better rate anyway

This is a very busy place. I went here to get a phone and I recieved a huge deal on my watch and my phone. I would definitely recommend this place to those with and without sprint. They walk you through the whole process. The only down side is that this place is small and busy. So plan ahead

Every time I come to this sprint store on US 41, I’m always treated with the respect I deserve. Today I was introduced to a sales rep names Luis T. His Professionalism, expertise and excellent service is what made my bad situation into a positive one! Thank you Luis. I appreciate you’re hard work and dedication!

I break my phone screen constantly and with my insurance its 25$ to have it repaired

Unfortunately for them it's the only service location around so they are always busy but this doesn't give an excuse for not following up. I got so frustrated being on hold I decided to drive there. I was on hold long enough to drive there (35 minutes). I walked in with my phone still in hold. Yes, they were busy but again no reason to leave someone on the line so long. They did apologize.

The staff their are rude and very disrespectful! Especially the skinny kid with the glasses! Someone needs to let him know not to be rude and roll his eyes the entire time I was there!

No one ever returned my call. Someone got service in my name and now no one will help with getting this straighten out.

Taurus and the manager Matt were AMAZING I would like to thank them for being honest and getting me in to the best deal possible. I wish I would have listened to my friend months ago and switch to Sprint the deals and rewards are awsome I am so happy that I switched. Verizon is nothing but scam artist do yourself a favor and go to Sprint today I saved about $200 a month. I want to thank you guys so much for all your help and a fast process.

Horrible customer service. They have no interest in speed of service. I have never seen a bunch of people that don't care about fast service.

5 Stars on REPAIR service here, I've always had a great experience at this store. This recent time was for a cracked screen- the monthly insurance premium is unreasonable high however I'm glad I was able to take advantage on getting an LG V20 & Samsung G8 fixed each for $40. Bob was great and followed up when he said he would. Parts were in next day on older phone. Noel is nice also.

All employees are super friendly, they all greeted us when we come in and they made sure we were helped in the best way.

The gentleman; Robert S.he worked on our phone cracked screen. He is an awesome person and does great work. We'll be back again.

Since January 2019 I'm walking there once a month to ask why my $200 credit is not applied to my bill. In April the agent showed me that it is in my file and now it is not in my payment again.

Sprint is cheating and has a very poor reception here.

Do yourself a favor and choose another company!

I was Greeted friendly as i entered, directer to sign in at the kiosk. Only waited a couple minutes, a friendly teck named Cory came over n greeted me. He did an Excellent job fixing my phone! Explained while showing me what he was doing n got my phone up in running quickly! A Very satisfied customer!
