Itty bitty bike shop. They can do basic repairs, flats, brake pads, chain, lube etc. They have very limited parts supply, but have come through in a pinch.

Got me in and out quite efficiently, and fairly priced with an Electra Townie E-bike issue.

I grew up riding bikes. However it's probably been over 10 years since I've been on one. I came in explaining that I wanted a dual bike but they explained it doesn't work like thst cause tires are different for different types of rides. Ok that make sense, you guys are the experts I guess I am looking for a more casual ride anyway with my 2 year old. We were looking to purchase a baby seat to attach to my new bike as well. They were out of stock on everyrgujg but an orange and green one which was unfortunate cause my bike is black and brown. I took a couple for a test ride but didn't like the color so was trying to adjust it to the settings of the one I found most comfortable but in a more appealing color to me. This was a christmas gift from my uncle so we came in the day after Christmas. Some guy came out to help adjust my handle bars and was incredibly rude to me asking if I wanted him to get a measuring tape. Even the lady working said yeah he's not used to talking to people becuase she saw how rudely I was treated for literally nothing. If it were me I'd have taken my 800$ sale elsewhere. So sorry my questions about the bikes and needing help adjusting to gst the right fit was such a burden to you. I ended up leaving completely unsatisfied with my service and I'd have said something to make them aware but they clearly heard it and was aware. Honestly do better. I work in the service industry and wish I could get away with the excuse that I'm not used to talking to people as an excuse for not having any manners.

UPDATE: If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ve had to take my brothers bike back twice for a flat tire and once for service and all 3 times were extremely quick and I just can’t thank them enough for their time and patience.

It’s really the simple things that can make a business great and the fact that they were able to fix my brothers bike within a day and it’s running nice and smooth is just the simple thing I’m referring to. It’s his main mode of transportation so it’s very important to the household dynamics.
No hassle, just quick, efficient service.

Use Sprockets for the first time this Saturday. Very pleased with the friendly staff and fast service. Even gave me some helpful tips of what I was doing wrong during shifting. Excellent service for me.

If you want fast good service and friendly faces with welcoming arms then come to sprockets and get whatever you need fixed and whatever tool you need bought they have anywhere from high and fine classy bikes to regular tubes, seats, and your basic biking equipment.and after they repair your broken bike and something might happen to break again they don't hesitate to lend a friendly hand with an open heart, thank you sprockets for always hooking a bicyclist up!

Our family has eight bicycles that get 'hard use'. Every time we encounter a problem, Sprockets solves it! The staff is great, the prices are attractive and the service is excellent. SO thankful there are nearby!

Dropped by at 2 on a Saturday for a quick flat repair and was sent packing as they did t have time for us. It’s ok I understand it’s just the way businesses are today, as a kid who grew up in a bike shop (Dad owned it) fixing bikes quickly was a priority and building customer rep was #1. I guess you didn’t want to help a couple of locals out for a ride. We supported you as the only LBS (monopoly) and bought a couple of tubes and went our own way. We will not cross paths again and I recommend anyone stay away, unless your a tourist glutton for punishment.

Got my bmx bike fixed up here and they definitely have some people who are knowledgeable on repairing bikes. Only thing I recommend is try to maybe find your own tires and have them put them on because their tires are not the best but still decent for the lower price. Quick and great service

I ordered and bought a Trek Marlin 5 sight unseen from Sprockets at the end of September 2020. When I picked the bike up it was covered in oily finger prints and smudges. I commented on that and the sales person didn't seem to care. I called them the next day and asked if there was anyway to adjust the handle bars because I found I was leaning to far over for a comfortable ride. They said there was no way to adjust them. I looked the bike over a little more and realized the ends of handle bars were pointing down. I loosened them and rotated them up about 45 degrees. It made a big difference and i was able to sit more erect while riding. The handle bars now appear to be the same angle as others I viewed online. When I bought the bike, I was told to bring it back after a few months to have it adjusted. I am senior and don't ride far every day. I have COPD. I was waiting for the shifters to need adjusting before I brought it in for tuning. I called them yesterday and asked if I could bring it in for the free tuning. The person on the phone sounded confused. She kept saying they would look at it and give me an estimate. I kept explaining that I was told to bring it in for a free tuning. I brought it to the bike shop. I went in and the young lady still didn't grasp what I was there for. The male mechanic told her I was there for a 40 day inspection and she was looking at my purchase records on a monitor. She was okay with that. I went to take the bike out of my truck and as I got it on the side walk the mechanic came out and said I had waited to long to bring it in for the tuning. I told him when I bought the bike I was told to wait a few months before bringing it in. No one told me that it had to be before a certain date. The adjustments I wanted done would take an experienced person a few minutes. Now I am going to watch a YouTube video and do it myself.

I was visiting St. Augustine for the holiday weekend and discovered I had a rear wheel issue. They were able to take me in and had me on my way same day! Awesome service and more than fair price! Thank you!

Outstanding, friendly, knowledgable service. I asked if they could give my Elliptigo standing bicycle an overhaul that was long overdue. These bikes are not that common, yet they did an outstanding job - it rides like the first day I bought it.

I love this shop, they not only fit me to my bike but cleaned up my old bike for my daughter.

Super friendly small bike shop that's been a part of the community since the 90s, excellent covid safety protocol and a decent selection of bikes in stock considering how scarce they've become now. Calvin got us set up with everything we needed for our two new bikes, one a comfy cruiser by a local Florida bicycle company and an electric assist bike which is really fun to ride. We liked that they put the serial numbers on the bikes and keep a record in case they ever get stolen and we'll definitely be back for the complimentary one month check up.

Called in with a question about maximum tire width for a standard mountain bike, person on the phone was very quick to say"I don't know"
Went to BIKES AND ETC.and spent $180 bucks with new tires folks were very helpful.
