Californian Restaurant Sproutz reviews
15I used to love Sprouts protein plates - they just changed to bowls and things are NOT the same. The portions are muuuuch smaller, it doesn’t include any dressings anymore (you always have to pay for additional) and the options are not as tasty or filling. When I pay for more quinoa I really expect to have a portion big enough to eat my salmon with.so sad how is losing the quality and quantity.
I bought this dessert myself. No workers involved and they still charged me $1.00. This is absurd and I will no longer be eating here. Such a shame. Great food but theee unnecessary fees are a matter of principle
So much "green" is like eating a fountain of air. When you ask they don't put any green, you end up with a laughable portion. Disappointing.
I am writing this review with a sad heart and hoping things will be back to how they were. I used to order from Sproutz all the time, but it is just not the same anymore. First, they switched some of the ingredients. The granola on the açai is much worse than what they used before. You can tell that they switched to a cheaper one and it is just plain bad. We contacted them about it when they changed it, since we used to order this açai at least once a week… Months have passed and the bad granola is still around. Second, they reduced the portions. Drastically. The açai is half of what it used to be. Tonight, I ordered a salad that I used to order all the time and I am simply shocked. The size of the portion is just ridiculous, it took me about 5 min to eat the whole thing. It’s like a mini salad! There was maybe 1/4 avocado on it. Unbelievable and so disappointing.
I urge management to make Sproutz what it used to be… I am sure I will not be the last client to go…
Great place, the food is amazing, attention is very good, I totally recommend it for a healthy breakfast and for some energetic bowls after training
Food is absolutely awesome here every time. It is expensive for what it is, but in miami standards it’s worth the price considering food here is always expensive and mediocre. At least this is expensive (for what it is) but tasty. The bbq chicken is crack
Just had their new chicken sandwich and my goodness it was truly the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had! The flavor combinations were absolutely amazing! I would suggest adding cheese and the newest mango salsa! Absolutely delicious! Will definitely eat again soon!
$18 bucks for a chicken ceaser wrap that completely fell apart. Expensive but quality is not there
I asked whether the beyond wrap is vegan. Two employees told me it is. I ate it tasting cheese but trusting in what was said.
Now I'm laying with massive stomach pain in bed due to dairy intolerance. Additionally, the wrap cost me $22.
Shameful.
I love this cafe. The food is always very tasty. The cafe is not large in size, but the interior atmosphere is nice. Orders are prepared quickly and takeout orders are delivered quickly. Sometimes they treat you to delicious yogurt.
Out of the healthy food places I’ve been visiting as of late this is one of the my “not” favorite ones. I saw that Green Bliss smoothie in the menu and knew I had to have it. Guess what? It didn’t disappoint, not one bit. Spinach, mango, pineapple, banana, honey and ice. It’s good for you, nutritious and very tasty. Now for the pesto wrap I can’t say the same thing. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything to rave about or to even want to try again. Ingredients were fresh but the kale killed it for me. Also the chicken was super bland and the sauce didn’t help it at all. They get four three stars for fast service, attentiveness and a good smoothie. I’d have to come back and try something different and maybe the rating could potentially improve. Furthermore, these Brickell prices are getting out of hand…$32 for a smoothie, wrap and already imposed 18% service charge, bruh.
Amazing place. Delicious food, great portions, everything is fresh. Staff is also fantastic.
I came here because it is advertised as gluten free but that was not the case. No where on their menu or website does it clarify which sauce or food item is gluten free. And when I tried to ask the staff had no idea. They seemed confused when I requested gf soy sauce. They also gave me regular less sodium soy sauce and tried convincing me it is gluten free. They didn’t know which items were dairy free either. If you are advertising as gluten free and vegan then at least list the ingredients and specify on your website and menu. If not, make sure your staff are educated. Branding it and advertising it as gluten free vegan paleo and pescatarian but not having any dietary nutrition information. Also my salmon bowl was $30 and I can’t even eat it with the peace of knowing whether I will have an allergic reaction or not. Disappointing.
Great a huge poke bowl!
Ordered pick up from there for the second time and definitely worth it. You can customise the final bowl, and that’s what I did, but to be honest it doesn’t require a lot of changes all flavours are perfect
. Vegetables are fresh, salmon was perfectly cooked, not too salty not to fishy, if that make sense. One of the most delicious salmon bowl I’ve had so far. And again, portions here are of decent sizes.
The food and service here is great. What I don’t love is that even with a take out order, you have to pay a 10% “service charge. ” For a fast casual lunch spot, it starts to get pretty expensive; I am not even sure that the service fee goes to the employees because it’s automatically added to your bill. For lunch you are easily spending around $20-30.
