14The cashier on the 12 of January was very rude and a racism. No customer service at all she should not work in a place where she have to deal with any human been.
Slow service. Over-priced food. Waited 30+ minutes for a chicken sandwich and grilled cheese. When we asked how much longer, the cashier laughed at us as she told us how much longer. Not recommended.
Excellent restaurant on your way out of Tampa. Burgers are substantial and delicious. Abdiel is an excellent cook — highly recommended
The chicken was about a quarter the size of the bun and very rubbery. On the plus side the fries were edible. Very poor first time experience.
Pleasantly surprised.food wasn't super expensive, burger was good for airport food, and the kitchen staff singing was great! It made my day to see people enjoying their job. Located in F terminals.
I tried to order a breakfast sandwich which clearly states Breakfast Sandwiches served until 10: 30am. Served on an English muffin with crispy tater tots. However when ordered the cashier was trying to charge me for the tater tots. When I tried to explain it says comes with she would not listen and refused to place the order unless I paid for the tots. I asked for manager none available when I went to another location in same area explained situation he said yes you don’t pay. She still refused. Another worker was at cashier and I asked him he agreed with me but cashier still refused and was very rude about it. I went back got cashiers name who again very rude said don’t get me in trouble I’m doing what it says the sign is wrong. Don’t recommend based on customer service. Had to go to another business to get a breakfast sandwich
The absolute most mid burger you will ever have. Eat before you go past the gate if you are in the F terminal. Should be called the L terminal.
All American burger was salty and over seasoned. Overwhelming amount of salt. Fries were good but also had a clump of seasoning sitting in the middle. Reasonable pricing on food. Food came out quick. Drinks are overpriced 7+ for a domestic beer. Staff was polite. I won't eat here again.
Had the X rated grilled cheese. It came with two - three kinds of cheese tomato, dill pickle, bacon and mayo. It was recommended by one of the employees over the regular grilled cheese. It was Deeelicious! I also had a choice of French fries over tater tots. I couldn't resist the tater tots. They were sooo good too! Now, if I only can keep my eyes open after such a decent amount of carbs. I'll have no problem sleeping on the plane to Dallas-Fort Worth.
The gal that took my order (Emyrna) was anything but nice when she took my order and brought me my food. In fact, Im fairly certain she didnt say a word the whole time she took my order or anyone else's order while I sat at the bar area eating my breakfast. Not sure if it was a bad day for her or what but she needs to learn how to actually speak and leave issues at home. I know work isnt the greatest place anyone wants to be but good lord.this chic didnt say a word the whole! The food, eh, it was okay but not great by any means.
Burger featured the driest lump of flavorless meat one could imagine. Tomatoes slices were just 2 clumps of mush.
Steer clear of this place if you like edible food, unless absolutely necessary.
The bun on this burger was a thing of beauty. Light and fluffy. Fries tasted fantastic.
This was a great place to stop and pass some time, and grab a great lunch.
Not bad but there's not too many options past the checkpoint for food. Tater tots were great but the bacon/egg/cheese would about choke you being on an English muffin. An option of being on a croissant or biscuit would go a long way.
