This is a fantastic spot to stay at. The property manager and maintenance team do a very good job at keeping on top of things. They are trust worthy and are good listeners. Even during times of emergency they remain calm and ensure everything is taken care of. At Square One there are a lot of families that live here which makes it a lively and safe area to live in thanks to the property management team.

Devin is Awesome. I enjoy living here very much. My Apartment is upgraded and I have no problems. The floors could be better, you can hear a lot and I live upstairs. I am sure with time management will address that as well. Maintenance is very nice and when I need something he takes care of it in a timely manner.

Devin has treats for residents on holidays and regular days. I have not made cupcake day yet, but I plan on it. Keep up the Great Work

Apartments are upgraded and come with washer/dryer. Devin, the property manager is great and attentive to all needs. He does fun things for residents like egg hunts, Halloween dress up contests, pizza, donuts. All maintenance requests are handled quickly by Mr. Dean, and he is very informative. Overall good experience!

I lived at this place for three years. Very nice community. Great staff. Devin the property manager was very helpful over the years I’ve stayed there never had a problem or issues with maintenance always on time to fix any problems or issues. These apartments are like a hidden gem. The lease is affordable and is way less expensive than other apartments for a 3 bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and we are minutes away from Wards. It comes with a washer/dryer duo and water is included in the rent. You can take a shower, run the dishwasher, and do your laundry all at the same time without having to worry about water. Devin is the apartment manager and helped me with reasonable accommodation for my specific needs. I usually move around a lot but I haven’t left since 2020.

Management is enthusiastic about getting the job done. Management is good with following up on a task to make sure that things are completed to satisfaction.

Apartment is updated and I enjoyed my 1.5 years here! Devin, in the leasing office, is very attentive and helpful with whatever questions you may have!
