Sriracha House reviews
18 Let me be clear, my wife and I love the food here. It’d be a lie to claim their noodles are bad. Few places can pull off this level of deliciousness!
Unfortunately, their service is textbook terrible. On numerous occasions they’ve applied an unapproved tip to my payment. For the last six months we’ve eaten here at least 4x weekly, and each tip cost an additional $3 (which is quietly processed 2 days after the initial purchases).
My bank only shows 60 days of payments. But it doesn’t take a mathematician to calculate I made $288 in unauthorized transactions.
Earlier this week I spoke with a cool, mew guy at the register. He walked me through the payment process. The tip option is displayed long after the screen has been turned away from the customer. Then went on to prove an employee must select the amount I’ve been charged. Meaning someone is selecting to charge me more than they normally overcharge people.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to get more of Sriracha House’s glass noodle ambrosia.
Since they literally steal from their patrons, I insist you too opt for Cheeseburger Baby, baby! But if you do visit Sriracha, please, make them show you the payment process from beginning to end.

P. S.
I’ve filed a claim with my bank and may only get 90 days of stolen payments returned.

Oddly enough, I didn’t decide to leave this review because they stole from us, but because they denied my pregnant wife emergency access to their restroom. The 30-year old dude at the register kindly informed us the bathroom is FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY.
Delicious food, Erika helped us with questions about the menu, you can see Facundo while he cooks the dishes, everything was very fresh!
The atmosphere is a bit stuffy due to the smell during cooking.
Excellent food. Really hit the spot. Guys behind the counter were cool. First time in Miami and I am glad I stopped by for lunch.
Incredible food and the best service! Thank you Sony for making us feel special, also you are an the best chef ever
I have ordered from Sriracha House several times for delivery and I have been pleased every time. Tonight I visited in person and I was impressed. Everything was so hot and fresh. I literally had to blow the food off and it’s pretty warm and humid in South Beach Florida but this food was STEAMIN’ they let me customize my Kamayaki to add fresh cilantro, toasted sesame and whatever I wanted. I love this place and they are super affordable compared to most of the businesses on South Beach. If you haven’t been do yourself a favor and make the trip, place the order whatever just do it. They really do make good fresh food. It’s got my golden seal of approval. Recommend the fried spring rolls too!
Amazing food and service… ambience can be improved we had the glass noodles with broccoli and mix peppers with sriracha house sauce with fried onion and fried garlic
Also we had ordered for brown rice with mix bell pepper and broccoli with sriracha house sauce with fried onion and fried garlic and vegetable spring roll and schezwan chicken wings
I found that the food was drowning in sauce and it was too sweet to my taste, also the ratio between portions and price is not great
We went with my family for dinner on New Year's Eve. Excellent service and very good food.
One of the best noodles ever tasted… They have a build-your-own menu with wide variety for every choice of protein…
A very friendly staff (even at 11: 20pm on a Saturday) …
On the website it promises for the build your own meal it gives you the base veggies and you add on the protein. But there are practically no veggies and the portion sizing is very small barely adding any meat. Also they forgot my order of the veggie spring roll until I ask them. So when I finally get it 1 out of the 2 of them is still frozen. The food is not worth the money at all.
The only thing that's worth paying for is the boba that's it.
Very good service and delicious food. You can build your own wok with the ingredients you want. Cheap prices, nice place. It is well located. I will definitely come back.
Very tasty fresh and inexpensive food. A large selection of ingredients, which are put together independently. We'd love to come back.
What an amazing noodle place. The sauces are divine and the meal is really filling. Best meal we have had our entire trip to usa
Bland food, skimpy with the meats, rude staff.
Poor service.
My blind grandmother makes better rice and chicken.
Avoid.
Great food, great service, and pretty affordable for the area. Definitely would come here again.
People working there are very sweet! And love the concept of the restaurant as well. Would be cool if we could get the sauce flavors in dry noodles.
Revisited this place after 7 years and it did not dissappoint. Value for money and really tasty food. Worth a try!
The food didn’t taste good. The noodles were dry and not cooked enough. Did not taste anything special. They don’t serve the food on plates. It comes in boxes even for dine in. And there was some black grease around the box lid.
