We LOVE our people at SRM WILDWOOD Since opening our company, they've been an asset & instrumental in our success as a concrete contractor. Dispatch (Dennis, Randy, & Brian) have always gone above and beyond to help make sure we meet our customers time-line. We appreciate these gentlemen and their hard work and especially the way they make me laugh/smile everytime I interact with them, which is usually always in a stressful situation. Tysvm guys! Never answers the phone or always busy. They do not have a return call service, their time is more important than your service.

Pretty much never show up on time. Not that big of a deal. Showed up 4 hours late to our shoot, then the truck showed with too dry of mud, trucks never were back to back on will call or with proper spacing. Driver got locked out of truck with broken door handle. Which caused the mud not to spin and dried up for the 30 minutes he was locked out his truck. To dry to pump it. Was told they were gonna give us a free truck for the next pour because of it. Never happened. Had to pay. Now the one time they wait a couple minutes on us making us pay. Not a company that cares about its customers. They are too big to care, bottom line is all that matters to them.
