St. Augustine and St. Johns County Visitor Information Center

Restrooms are clean. Inside has historical displays that are informational.there ar epeople there to advise you of attrctions to see and merchandise for sale

As far as parking decks go, awesome place. Walking distance from the downtown historic district of St Augustine.

The visitor center is well kept and the staff are all very kind and helpful! They really seem to enjoy helping and talking about the town. You will find visitor guides, maps and coupons for the local stores, restaurants and attractions. There is a mini museum area with replica of ships, items found in St. Augustine, etc. You will also find a lovely gift shop where you will find some St. Augustine swag, books about the area, jewelry and some clothing. The restrooms are always clean and appreciated as we have quite a drive to get there.

All the personnel at the information desk were so helpful, explaining about events and places we had heard about and read on the Internet, marking out major places of interest on the map. Then they gave us general, easy to understand directions that made our "self-guided" tour more fun and exciting than just random roaming around town. Kudos to all of them.

Very cool visitors center. Excellent visuals of the history of St Augustine and St John's area. Very open and friendly to get a clear idea of the 400 plus year old settlement. Take some time to stop here first and then tour the area. Easy walking to see plenty of the historical sites.

Our favorite place to go when I'm in Florida visiting my grandgirls, son and daughter in law. Have to hit it every time. Love St George St.lots of shops and restaurants. Tried a new place. Bull and Crowns I believe. Delicious. It was a rainy day so didn't get to roam more around town, but it's so beautiful there I'll make up for it next trip. You'll have a great time

Visited St Augustine for the day and fell in love with it. So much to do and see. Folks at the visitor center were very friendly and helpful.

Great historic district with quaint shops, delicious restaurant choices, sites, and fun things to see and do. Recommend off/on trolley, food walk & ghost tour.

Very professional staff that explained us what we should see, gave us a maple and we were good to go. Highly recommend.

Great mini history lesson. The woman selling the tour tickets was very nice and helpful even though she knew we weren't doing the tour.

Stopped in after utilizing the parking garage. My family stopped here on the way to Disney with no plan. We were greeted by an employee named Joyce. We couldn’t have been any luckier. Joyce gave us a map and laid out a plan to maximize our one day visit. She gave us a route, told us where to go first middle and how to finish our trip. She knocked it out of the park and our visit to St. Augustine couldn’t have been any better. Thank you Joyce! PS, my daughter loved the Scottish accent. We are greatful.

The information center is excellent.
The staff will help you decide what is best for you to see in the time you have. There are many historical exhibits with detailed information about the history and development of St Augustine. Also gifts and memorabilia.

Absolutely Loved this experience! My daughter had so much fun looking at the setups & information around the Center.

Some great history displayed nicely, small gift shop, refreshments, clean bathrooms and spacious areas with benches along with friendly staff!

Visiting the Visitor Center in St. Augustine is as essential as visiting the Castillo. There's a nice museum inside, take your time and learn about our great city. Then head outside, and spend a bit of time walking around the grounds. It's a small piece of property, but they made the best of the whole lot.
