Loved the customer service, they have late check in options, Gentleman helped me with local options for food, trolley rides, must see sites, where I could park my camper while I explored the Beach. Has a pool, pond, and hookups for all sized campers.has paddle boats and scooters for rent. Medium sized bathrooms, Parts of a loyalty program with KOA. Very helpful for future visits. Just make sure you know AMP hookup and Size camper/RV you have if you bring one

The staff we encountered were nice. The grounds, bathroom, and cabin were clean. Rentable paddle boats and pedal carts. Tight spacing between sites and cabins but I guess that's pretty standard for koa.

They really pack ya in close but it’s a great RV park! Bathrooms are private and there are plenty. I enjoyed being right on the canal. I would definitely stay here again.

We went tent camping here over the weekend and had a blast. The camp sites are large enough to fit two 4 man tents comfortably. We were able to put up our hammock and bug canopy over the picnic table also. Anyone who says the tent camp sites are too small need to go camping in Key West. This place was quiet, and pure perfection.

The staff was friendly and efficient, the sites were clean and roomy. The best part was the tour bus that took you down to St. Augustine, good for three days. I would send anyone here, I’m sure I will be going again

We stayed here for one night while traveling through Florida in our RV and had a great experience. Clean facility, easy access in and out, friendly staff, etc. The gentlemen at the counter went out of his during check-in to ask if I was a veteran and to give me a discount. I really appreciated that. I had already pre-paid and he certainly could have just taken my money and not said anything. He also stopped what he was doing and spent a few minutes telling us where would be good beaches to go with our daughter, how to get there etc. I felt welcome there. So, if you're passing through St. Augustine, I would definitely recommend this KOA. Thanks!

Ummm not such a good Koa compared to the reputation these campground have especially for the price. Showers and bathroom not so clean. The Koa is basically on the A1A so I wouldn't go there for more than one night or to relax.

Our stay was wonderful. We brought 3 grandchildren & they loved the pool, feeding the ducks & turtles & the paddle boats. They wanted a golf cart but we said no! Ha ha We also had a car problem & the campground made room for us an extra day. Also when the boys couldn’t quite get the paddle boat docked, someone came & helped us. We were centrally located to the beach, Alligator Farm & restaurants. Avenue “A “ takes you to drive on the beach - if you have 4 wheel drive. Thanks you for a great vacation.

Just ok is the most positive thing I can say about 6 nights at your KOA. Bathrooms were disgusting (stool and used tampons on the floor) check in staff was rude and the "amenities" were few and far between.took my entire family to enjoy the 4th - was no option for multi- lot stays, and the facilities were very outdated.we seriously could have done better in the walmart parking lot (it was cleaner) silly me - here I am thinking almost $90 a night was enough to keep the bathroom clean?

Door on cabin creaked horribly. Door would not stay closed unless locked. Cabin sunk in back left corner. This made the foot of the bed higher than the head. Mattress is a thin foam covered in vinyl and duck taped together. Everything needed bleaching. Black mold everywhere out side, porches, picnic tables. Park kept clean. Cottage I stayed in was a dog house. Needs some tlc. Cottage k8 is not the best place to stay. It cost more than it was worth. It was worth half of what I paid.

Waste campground. If you wanna stay in between the city with vehicle noises, smelling dominos through out the stay, in a conjusted space, this is the place for you!

The nicest KOA I've stayed at in a long time. Good cable, WiFi and utilities.even a gas grill on each site along with table a chairs! Pool was clean as was the overall park. There is private tour bus stop on site to take you into St Augustine which beats pay parking in town.

I enjoy staying at this KOA. The staff has always been friendly and the grounds are well kept. It's also convenient to the beach and downtown St Augustine.

Not impressed by this KOA, if it was the first KOA I visited I wouldn't stay with KOA again. We have a pull through site which is very narrow and cramped. The chairs were tipped up against the table and close to where you pull the RV in leaving a good chance for the legs to scratch your rig. The sewer ring was broken, luckily I carry a sewer doughnut. The gas BBQ was rusty greasy and dirty, although it did work. Toilets and showers were dirty. Will I stay again, definitely not

A really great place to stay. We had a cabin and other than the hot water being a tad tricky it was a good place with great people. Including the nice ladies at the front desk

Campsite was nice. I was disappointed it was not closer to the beach. Bathrooms and shower were old and dated.
