Quick response to immediate need. Very friendly, responsive staff - positive experience throughout. Dr LeBeau was engaging and clear in explaining issue and treatment. Again, a very positive experience.

Doctor was friendly and quickly diagnosed problem. He corrected the issue and recommended ideas to reduce the problems reoccurance

My first visit today, everyone was polite, pleasant, and kind. I found the doctor knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. With a broken toe, I was hoping for a quick solution, but will have to be patient and follow doctor’s orders. No hesitation in future visits, and I would recommend this practice.

Called on a Monday at 10AM to make a new patient appointment. Was told by a pleasant lady on the phone the office manager would call me to make appointment. After waiting 24 hours, I called another practice, was able to schedule an appointment during that call.

Called this practice back to let them know I found someone else, but not before I was told the manager would be getting around to make those appointments today. To late.

First impression is last impression.

Dr. LeBeau and his staff were the whole package. Professional, caring, and informative. I felt like everyone that I witnessed cared about the people that they were dealing with. Such a rarity these days. My husband noticed also while he was in the waiting room waiting for me. I believe I'm in good hands.

I was well taken care of and the doctor explained everything very clearly showing me on the ultrasound and X-ray.

Not happy with the wait time. 8: 45 appointment waited 40 minutes and was about to leave. I asked how long the wait was going to be and the girls told me I'd be next. Waited another 10 minutes so 50 minute wait time to be told diagnosis that could have been mailed or phoned. Dr. Lebeau is pleasant and seems knowledgeable.

VERY professional but the best part was the wonderful caring people who performed their magic.
