5A big shout out to Tom the Administrator. Younger brother has been there over a year. Good staff and horrible staff. But everytime I reach out to Tom, he makes it right asap. Big shout out to Ella and Sharon for their compassion. A few nurses also but I am bad with names. I believe Lisa! Theft is an issue. I believe, but cannot prove, it's the late shift. I highly recommend cameras. Just a bit of advise.if you have a loved one there, visit. Stay on top of it! Also, NURSES STATIONS need to answer phone. Only 2 times since July of 2022 has a phone call been picked up when I called.
The flowers and the lawn are well-maintained and manicured, always looks so beautiful here. A+.
I have never been in this place, but the LAWN is Spectacular! The shrubs and grass are beautifully MANICURED & THE LANDSCAPING and FLOWER BEDS are blooming and Gorgeous. The Birds ARE chirping and ITS TOTALLY ON POINT!
This place should be shut down. I was lead to believe they were going to help us and they lied. I would never recommend this place or Jennifer in particular. We were unable to be with our loved one close to home due to them and were forced to be miles away.
They were not up front and lead us on. They cannot be trusted!
Wow. Is this the Worst Facility in Florida? I have been trying for 4 days to speak to my mother who was sent here from Halifax. An No one wants to give her a phone to speak? No one even answers the phones you get transferred to a line that just rings and rings literally 40 mins before you just hang up. Is this a Prison for the Elderely?
