I lost my Pinky had to get another fur baby. Well I went to St. Francis and found my baby.
His name is BISCOTTI. LOVE HIM SO MUCH. He is awesome. Will be back with another update.

I got my Tux cat Daisy or Margarita (Pearl Daisy) Spainish for a flower not a drink- I had a cat named Pearl so I desided I'd call her Daisy she's a funny cat replacing my Tux cat who passed away from cancer at 15 years old named Cymbeline shes a joy.

It's absolutely amazing. All respect for this place, nothing but love for their cats and nothing but care for them. The amount of things they will do for their cats is something I have never seen anywhere, if you're looking to adopt a cat or a kitten I highly recommend this place!

I adopted a wonderful cat from St. Francis earlier this week.
The adoption counselor Jane was exceptionally kind and caring.
She made certain the cat I adopted was the right fit for me.

There are a lot of beautiful cats and also a lot of cats in need of love and care. It is a great place for someone who wants to assist with special needs cats.

I would have had to shut down my cat rescue this year if it wasn't for this business and people. I am beyond grateful for them!

I visited St Francis Animal Rescue yesterday and found an adult cat that my husband and I are wanting to adopt. I spent a little time with the cat and picked up an application. I even called yesterday before they closed at 5 o’clock to let them know that my husband and I would be coming in today to get the cat that we were discussing.

I drive all the way from Port Charlotte to their location in Venice, Florida. I go in the office and give them my application. I Don’t even tell them who I am and I have someone tell me that the manager of that location decided I am not a good fit to adopt the cat.

I ask how anyone can come to that decision when I had not even turned in my application or had I spoken to this person. They said well she was talking to the lady that was showing you the cats, and she decided that you’re not a good fit.

Mind you, I’ve donated money, I shopped in the thrift store because my husband and I have cats and love them dearly. My husband and I are in our mid 50’s, have great jobs so our cats are very well taken care of. We live in the country away from any highways or roads that are highly traveled, and our cats have all of their shots up-to-date and all their medical needs as well.

We are wanting to adopt a full-size adult cat that was brought to this facility for adoption.

I will be reaching out to Mr. Bruce Guilette because I can provide a good home and don’t understand how this person can discriminate against someone they have not even met or spoke to in person. Hadn’t turned in the application for them to even do character references with our veterinarian.

Very friendly and caring. When I adopted my cat they sent me home with food, treats, a catnip toy and a great folder with lots of info. Very clean too. Get your next fur baby there NOW!

Amazing caring staff. Found a kitten, couldn't house it and they took it last minute even though they really didn't have space because I didn't have a car at the time so I couldn't drive to another shelter.

We adopted a kitten from here. Can't say enough nice things! Everyone is very friendly. The shelter is very clean! The Kitten we rescued is precious. Highly recommend!

If you want to adopt a kitten I highly recommend this rescue! The cats are very well taken care of by the great staff there. I adopted the cutest kitten!
