St. George's Inn is fabulous. I would stay here again without a doubt. In fact, the next time we come to St. Augustine, we won't even look at other hotels. This place is perfect. They have various rooms throughout the area and our room was near the oldest schoolhouse, right on the main strip.

Our stay was mid-October 2022. One thing to consider about the location of this particular room (they have others so if this is a concern, bring it up to them during your reservations and they'll find the right room for you) is it's just off the main walk and next to a bar. The only nights the bar is open late is Friday/Saturday so during the week everything was fine. The bar closed at 1am on Friday so it was a bit loud until it closed but we didn't mind. If you're a person who stays up late (1am-ish), then you will be totally fine. Additionally, you'll hear a few early birds now and then walking about. But overall, it was quiet and enjoyable for the entire stay. Not sure what the summer is like. We'd stay in this room again.

The staff is FANTASTIC. Parking was offsite and close. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. We're not breakfast eaters so not sure how it was.:) But our room was RIGHT above a great coffee shop (and wine bar) which was super convenient. We were able to start off our morning with coffee.

The room also had a small deck overlooking a sitting area. It was nice to take a rest and sit out there and people watch.

Wonderful service and location! Fantastic room and shower. Step away from all the historic sites. We will definitely be back! Loved it.

Room was larger than expected. Bathroom had walk in shower. Sweet.
Room centrally located, could walk to restaurants and bars no problem. My wife is ready to go back already.

Location was superb! Staff was attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was excellent! Def would return. Helpful note to future residents. There are stairs to climb. Makes the view worth it, but anyone with knee problems etc will have a tough time.

We loved St. George, perfect location, privacy, we had a big room with a beautiful view to the fort, great shower. Third photo is my bf being silly, sleeping in that little bench on the window in our first night Weather was cold on Christmas time, but our room it was always warm and cozy. All staff was super nice, attentive and helpful. They also help us to find us a good place to watch the finale World Cup. Complimentary breakfast was good (I would just add whole wheat bread, but it was delicious anyway, and the wine bar was cute) Juliana and everyone else were great servers. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back!

Always amazing! I love St Augustine and used to stay other places. I kept looking at this place when visiting thinking that would be nice to stay RIGHT THERE in the city. I stayed here and haven't stayed anywhere else since. Why?
1. LOCCCCAAAATTTTIIIIOOONNNNN.
Question
- how much is it worth to literally be sleeping IN THE CITY! I mean that's what your there for right? Literally walk downstairs and everything is right there!
- How much is it worth.let's see. I'm feeling a little sleepy let me walk right here to my room and take a nap! Stay somewhere else? Walk back to your car leave the parking garage fight the traffic, then come back, repay for parking and fight the BAD TRAFFIC especially during nights of lights. Go shopping? Walk back to your room drop off your bags. Bathroom break? Need a drink? Your right there. It's worth alot. Walk around all day go lay down come back out at night. Get urself a room with a great balcony and BOOM perfect people watching. Trust me, great people watching. It's worth it folks.the convenience is amazing.
2. The staff. Always amazing! Katie is awesome. Even hobbled this time Always hustling! "T" has been a good addition to the staff and of course Irvin. All of them so patient. I watch from my balcony as they greet customers. I run my own business and I can tell they are well trained and seem to enjoy being there.
This is a great place and honestly I feel like it's home when I'm there. I can't give a bigger compliment than that.

Location, location, location. This property is located right at the old City Gate and the head of George St. Extremely handy for shopping and eating in the historic buildings along the 5 block long George St. Located on the upper level of 7 different buildings, ours was just above the City Perks Coffee shop. Our bathroom had been recently updated. Bed was comfortable, walls are thin. The courtyard can be viewed from a private balcony. This pleasant seating area can be somewhat noisy before 10pm. Music from the nextdoor bar is pleasant, but impossible to ignore. It's essential to travel with a white noise machine or app. The simple complimentary warm breakfast is definitely a plus.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Right on St George St, located at stop 4 for the Old Town Trolley. Really appreciated the courtyard and live music, easy to get to the City Gate Distillery for samples and also to ice cream, donuts, and other late night delectable treats. Staff was wonderful and kind, and the sangria was delicious!

We stayed in the room directly above the Distillery. DO NOT book this room! All day long, the exit door of the distillery slams and like I said, we are DIRECTLY above it. Very loud and disturbing.all day long.

Incredibly polite and professional staff. The room was immaculate. We had to cut our trip short due to Hurricane Nicole, but the staff was extremely understanding and helpful.

My husband and I weren't planning on staying in St Augustine, but had such a good time there that we decided that we were going to spend the night. We wanted to stay walking distance to everything, which is how we decided on the St. George Inn. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. We were right in the heart of it all. I would absolutely recommend this to others. The rooms are not in the main building. They are above businesses near the main check in desk, so be prepared to walk. This area is all about the experience and is not a large hotel chain, so don't expect it to be like one. It was very cute!
