Michelle is awesome. By far the best customer service I have experienced, not just at SLBT but with any retail store. Great communication, you can tell she cares. The guys do great work. Brought car in with nail in tire. Courteous, although they didn’t get to my car until 45 minutes after my appointment (like a doctor’s office). Mechanic removed wheel, found that nail didn’t penetrate. What luck. I wanted to pay them for their time, but
They refused. That impressed me. I will go there again for any service.

I wish they had offered or told me if my car needs an alignment, after buying 4 new tires and an oil change. I’ll be bringing the car back next week to find out about an alignment.

Excellent service! Wound up with no AC in my Tahoe and they got me right in. The were very professional and the mechanic even spoke to me about what was done. Very happy and would highly recommend them for there friendliness and the cost of the repairs very reasonable.
