Dr St Martin explained very well the procedure he was doing. He makes you feel comfortable and is very friendly. He is a great doctor as well as all the doctors I have seen at PEDIM.

The entire experience was stellar. From the appointment ease over the phone, to all of the friendly men and women; from the cordial janitor to the front desk staff, to the tech staff, to the notable bedside manors of the highly knowledgeable practitioner (s) along with the eloquent PCP (s).

In 2022, I thought premier customer service at such a high caliber has all but become extinct; however, this facility and this establishment has by far demonstrated and proven otherwise. They've went above and beyond my expectations; in ways that were professional, knowledgeable, and even in sheer thoughtfulness.

Lastly, I had noticed that Dr. St. Martin has a series of accolades and high regards on site and online. In my opinion, anyone having the privilege of being treated by this doctor would certainly be able to easily ascertain why that is so.

If I had anything to say that is not my ideal, is the lack of seeing the main doctor as often as I'd like. Instead, seeing only a variety of PA's for the brief duration of the visits. These PA's also may be unfamiliar to you and not the same PA seen on a previous visit.

They are usually good PA's; no problem with them, but I understand that is the way of it with many offices as of late.

Doctor's are busy individuals, so I won't individually fault the facility arrangement of that, but being honest about my thoughts of that and the having to make sure you have to request the doctor ahead of time so as to make sure of their celebritotial appearance during a specific appointment, which could be months away. That is the only reason making this lacking of a five stars; of which I've reflected in this review.

Dr, St. Martin took time to understand and thoroughly resolved my mom’s medical issues. His personable manner kept her at ease and helped her accept her diagnosis. Thank you! Wonderful front desk staff as well.

Dr D and staff are the best. Wouldn’t see anyone else. My kids were his 11th/12th patients. He likely saved me from having a stroke back in 2007.

My primary care physician, Dr. Dacelin St. Martin is unusually astute. With unhurried mannerism, he listens attentively during interviews. His knowledge and assessment skills are comprehensive. On occasions, he has ordered varied diagnostic tests to validate hunches and nailed it every time! I am grateful and fortunate to be the recipient of his care and concerns, along with those of Sarah Jorres PA and Annalisia Giddens APRN.

The best doctor I have ever seen. He took his time to listen to me. I asked Dr. St. Martin if he was going to just treat my symptoms or find the cause. All I can say is that Dr. St. Martin is a real doctor that cares and truly wants to find the reason not just writing prescriptions and hope that it will work. I have searched a long time and I am very pleased I found him. I wish my whole family was living around his practice because they would all be going to him. Thank you Dr. St. Martin for taking your oath to become a great doctor and to find the root of the problem. Thank you and my husband thanks you to.

BEWARE!
The PA in this office questioned me about my life, which has been extremely stressful due to our adopted daughter, who has serious mental issues, even institutionalized for dangerous children after she tried to murder myself and my husband in a very gruesome manner. Our life was always filled with events no family should experience. Unfortunately, when I opened up to Miss Brenda's personal questions, she chose not to believe me, although it has been well documented. As a result, she added a code to my medical records that indicates that I possibly have two SERIOUS mental issues.
I'm in my 70s, never had these issues and because my current Dr.disagrees with Miss Brown's evaluation this Dr.shared Dr. St. MARTIN'S Pedim evaluation with me. Dr. St. Martin would not consent to changing this coded slander.
WARNING! Be careful what you say in St. Martin's office.
I only went there to get my prescription for blood pressure med.and a med that helps me sleep that is only a step up from benadryl from my former Dr.in the last state where I lived.

I was very satisfied with Dr. St. Martin Dacelin. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the answers.

Very professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Dacelin is great. He is kind and compassionate. I recommend his practice to everyone.

As a new patient had a difficult time obtaining the only medications I being taking for years. I am a new person in this town and it is very dissapointing the way I was treated to get the medications I need. I was given a run around between him and my Insurance. Aditionally, staff is not good about informing patients honestly. A patient have all the rights to get the treatmemt he needs, specially when is someone who stills working and paying for his Medicare.
