2I first saw this honey at the Fernandina Farmers Market. Although it wasn’t the lemon honey I was in search of, I was given a small bottle to try of the Galberry Honey and it is amazing! I use honey regularly as a sweetener in my plain yogurt, my afternoon tea and over my favorite summer breakfast-toast with ricotta, peaches and honey! Im so excited to have a local honey to add sweetness to my day! I know what my go-to honey will be the next time I make some peach iced tea! Thanks for sharing a bottle-so kind! I’ll be sure to get another bottle from you the next time I’m in need!
I love this local honey! Prices are very reasonable and the honey tastes amazing - so different from store-bought honey! The owners are very kind and I loved getting a small glimpse of their operation when they visited our school. Highly recommend them!
