Worst experience ever 4 hour wait in the children's emergency side just to be seen I really feel like the staff did not give any effort today. Im Very sadden by my experience my son really should not have to wait so long to get medical attention.

This is the worst hospital I have seen in my life.my familly had more than worse treatment and care experiences during live in this hosptal! You are better doing more research before your families admit it!

Worst children's E R.ever.
They were told several times, my daughter is autistic with sensory issues. Stull she was kept in a room with a screaming child who's parents spoke no English. Disgraceful. The email address you sent is also wrong.

Unsatisfied with my experience at this hospital, a concern about their health care provider was unbearable and My condition that I came in for was overlooked and not treated.

This has to be the worst hospital in the country or at least in all of FL. Arrived with my girlfriend in serious abdominal pain due to ovarian cyst. Waited 7 hrs for a CT and over 12 hrs to have it read. Don't really know what it said because we just left after our total time there hit 24 hrs. 24 HOURS! No one would give us even the simplest answers. Every shift change was like starting over. I will die before I go or am taken to this hospital again. DO NOT go there.

People are rude, my baby brother was giving them trouble on giving him some medicine, the lady called one of her friends and she started judging saying “this kid is 4 he is to big for this”absolutely rude.

Stay away from this hospital. They're murdered and only care about money. From doctors, nurses to case manager they don't cate about the patients. Case manager Sylvia Diab is very unprofessional, rude and threatening people if she doesn't get her way. No accommodation for family members, room dirty, they're not supposed to be still in service. Don't go there stay away.
I would give zero stars if I could.

I never went here, but hearing about how they did Serena Williams I would advise any minority women to refrain from this location by any means necessary

I am writing this review for my wife, Willow Rossi:
"Due to an infection I unfortunately had to be admitted into St Mary's last week for a few days. The ER doctors and nurses were attentive, professional and kind but once I was admitted I had the worst experience I've ever had at any medical facility or hospital. Most of the nurses were excellent and helped keep my sanity. My room on the third floor was absolutely disgusting. There were ants in the sink, a black spider in the bathroom, the sheets were damp on my bed, the tray table wasn't cleaned before I got there, it was sticky, had food crumbs and liquid spilled on it.
As you can see in the pictures; someone else's container of urine was by the bed and got moved into the bathroom, which stayed there for 2 days until I asked for it to be removed. There was standing water and/or mildew/mold behind the toilet, by the shower and around the sink.
No food/water before surgery was ordered, which was expected but after the surgery time continued to be delayed, I asked for IV fluids after 16 hours because I started showing signs of dehydration. I was told that I would get plenty of IV fluid during surgery. I asked three additional times for the nurse to start an IV. Finally after 19 hours and feeling incredibly sick with nausea, headache and heart palpitations, I was finally taken into surgery which only lasted 30 minutes. For these reasons and many others I strongly recommend never going to St Mary's medical center"

My wife was in a car accident 2 months ago and was there for two weeks or so. The doctors did a great job, she is recovering well, but the staff at this hospital are horrible. The nurses don't care much about you, if you called them be prepared to wait more than 30 minutes for them to arrive. Horrible food service too, they don't really care if you are eating or not, they will take your food away whenever they want. She stayed in a room without a trash can and syringe disposal for more than 5 days, the cleaning lady's schedule was around 5 am every day and she didn't even mop the floor. So a hospital with lots of good doctors, but the rest of the staff seems to be there just because they are paid well

My husband received beyond excellent care from everyone at this hospital pre and post surgery. A big thank you to Dede Abbate, Peter Bonacci (best PACU Nurse ever!), and our nurses of course, Andrea, Linda, Judith, Holly, were just a few of the names that I remembered. Thank you so much for everything!

September - December 2019
It only gets 5 stars because of the NICU. I got transferred there when I was pregnant at 26 weeks due to preterm labor.

They had me on bed rest in labor and delivery for about 48 hours on that hard hard table with a catheter. The doctor said "your here until the baby comes so hopefully we can hold it off as long as possible. " The day nurse said we could take out my catheter (but still on bed rest) and I might even be able to go home I said "are you sure? Even at 3 cm and no mucus plug" she said of course. She brings me a bed pan and says I'm more than capable of doing it myself. Even tho I couldnt get up to empty, reach for it, etc.she barely checked on me. I told her there was dark blood later and said that's just old blood (understandable it was my first pee after the catheter) few hours pass I'm peeing constantly and tell her there is still blood. She says oh you're fine don't worry.

That night I go into labor. No one heard me calling for help till my mom came out of the bathroom and yelled out the door for somebody to come help. One of the nurses tried to hold my legs closed until they could locate the doctor and I was so mad because of how dangerous that is I ripped my legs open. The only OBGYN on staff was in an emergency C-Section. The nurse delivering my baby advocated to not use forceps. Shout out to her. As they're fixing me up I hear the NICU doctor yelling at the nurses outside my door that they were never even made aware I was admitted and if something happens it's on them (the nurses) because this was straight neglect. That's something you want to hear.
Fast forward I'm still on that awful awful delivery the nurse comes in my room and asks if I've seen a cord I'm like what cord she says the umbilical cord. I said no but inside was freaking out.

Now my day nurse is back and goes you had the baby all happy (like ya thanks for listening to me about the blood.) it took 4 hours for me to get a breast pump and she tells me "oh just look up videos on YouTube you can figure it out. " Mind you I'm a first time mom. Oh oh wait the best part no one had flushed out my iv that disconnected for hours. Finally I get moved to a comfy bed in a different room. My new nurse was so sweet she was about to get set up to flush the iv and I told her please just take it out nobody has flushed it since they took me off of it. I understood she still had to try and it hurt so bad.

Now the NICU, they stated she would be getting donor milk until my breast milk was cleared. (Reasonable) it was a week after I was discharged I'm bringing in all this milk almost everyday. She's spitting up still getting donor milk I had asked a few times why they said waiting for results, finally I'm getting fed up cause she's not holding down the donor milk well. Now because I'm honest with doctors so they have all the info. They knew of past substance abuse issues from well over 4 years before I ever got pregnant. So they then tell me I need a clean drug test from whatever I'm like if y'all wanted a drug test why didn't you do it here? I also hadn't done anything in years, still havent. So I went to the office and explained the situation they talked to the head NICU doctor and said the baby tested clean the milk is clean there should be no reason. Yeah for advocating for your child. Other than that the NICU was a dream.

I still have the paperwork from discharge to this day. In one part it says my preterm labor was due to "previous drug use" another part claimed it was due to some type of sepsis. I was very upset sitting in the NICU about this and sweet sweet Maggie assured me that it didn't matter because the baby tested clean and so did my milk.

Shout out to nurse Maggie and all the nurses in that NICU really. I was there everyday till it got dark for 3 months and they really were there for me. Allowed me to bond with her and be involved in anyway I could. Diaper changes, feeding, holding. They were so good at explaining the phases and steps, preparing me.

Maggie's kind words will always have a place in my heart.

My son was accepted as a patient there and transferred from Jupiter hospital last April. We were there two nights and 3 days. The third day they told us that they did not have the specialist that was needed on staff that week (they were all on vacation, it was Easter) they then transferred us to Joe DiMaggio hospital. We are being charged over 3 thousand dollars. They will not work with us and denied disputes and will not transfer me to a supervisor. Extremely disappointed and disgusted!
