I found the service technician, James, to be very helpful and have my best interests as a homeowner and a warranty holder at heart. He found issues that were done from the manufacturer's. I am noticing a definite difference in how my air conditioning unit operates.

Rob was AMAZING. He informed me on why my A/C kept turning off at times. He showed me where it's likely the problem. He explained what was happening in such a way that I wasn't confused and I understood what was going on. I recommend Rob and this company whenever you have A/C issues.

Just had a new unit & handler put in, not only did Bryon beat 4 out of 5 prices, he came out & the very next day they installed unit, the installer Wayde was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did the job in record time! I will litterly scream this companies name from the roof tops! U can't go wrong choosing them! Thanks to all the guys on the crew, u were amazing!

I would highly recommend St Pete air conditioning for any repairs. I was recommended to Brian the GM and he was quick to respond and send somebody out right away to look at my AC that took a dump on me. Rob the technician came out and was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. What he did, how it worked and how to prevent it from happening again. He was here within the hour after speaking with Brian the GM and was very reasonable on pricing, especially being on a Saturday. I'm so glad that they were recommended to me and I believe you'd be happy as well, for me recommending them to you.

Rob was my technician. He was professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything he did and show me everything he performed. He also showed me how to prevent thee issue from reoccurring. I have used them more than once and have a service contract with them. I would highly recomended this company. They can be trusted

After getting five other bids ranging from ridiculously high to competitive, (an incredible $1,300 range) a neighbor in my condo insisted that I give 'her guys' a call. I'm $o glad I did.
Brian answered all of my questions over the phone and provided a solid bid to beat all others by $200.00! And instead of a lesser known brand. AMANA!
His installation crew arrived EARLY (so rare in Florida) and completed the meticulous installation by 2: 30. Great team work by installation pros.
Before you make a decision, you owe it to yourself to get a competitive bid from Brian. As one of only FOUR Amana dealers in the entire county (Pinellas) you can take comfort (pun intended) in relying on them.

Get the $39 tune up special so they can sell you a new unit. Don't buy the new unit and your existing unit breaks down for the first time since you bought it 7 years ago inside a week. The parts under warranty so pay to have that diagnosed. Then wait.
. The part can't be found but they're looking. Over a week with the heat index over 100+ every day.
If they're is anyway to rate them lower then I would. Not every employee is bad but enough of them are. If anyone cares to dispute a single fact i have much more information. THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO THE TUNE UP OR CHANGE THE FILTER

Brian, Robert, Trish & install crew are Awesome! Called on Friday A/C was out, came out & our unit after 18 years died. Quoted us immediately & of course if was Labor Day Weekend but, they were here 1st thing this morning on time & took out old unit, installed brand new unit & the house is already cooling down! The install crew was Outstanding! Professional, very knowledgeable & Clean, you couldn’t even tell they had been here! That is why they do 4 of our other family members as well. Shouldn’t even give 1star. Our initial service call was great except the technician was way late from the window of time they gave us. We decided to go with their yearly maintenance program and our TXV valve went bad. After multiple phone calls and messages no one returned my call. When I finally got in touch with someone they said we were so busy that weekend which is expected this time of year in Florida. A simple call back would have been nice. I then asked for a refund on our 150$ maintenance plan a they told me sorry we don’t do refunds. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Terrible customer service. We called another company and within 2 days our house is cool again. Total and utter disappointment.

Solid Service very good value have a service agreement. Mike AC tech came out reworked my drain line removed P Trap from attic placed outside where it belongs which will help decrease clogs etc. Remi unit installed we're all breathing better; gonna get duct cleaning soon. Thanks for your expertise and going above and beyond Mike!

I had an issue with my AC and put inna request for service with my hime warrently. This company was called and i am very happy with their service. Technician James was very through. He was friendly and told me what he was doing every step of the way. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and knew what was and wasn't included with my warrenty. He showed up on time, and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
