St. Pete Bagel Co. reviews
16I never knew this place was there until I had to go over into St. Pete one early Saturday morning. As we were driving, I saw the saw the sign so I told my Husband to turn around, so glad I did. I stopped in and got a breakfast bagel. It was a bacon, egg and cheese on a everything bagel. I was very good and a great size for the price. If you love bagels check this place out, I'll be back because they have other flavors, homemade spreads and plenty more. Also this spot is very warm and home like.
Love bagels from St Peye Bagel. We buy a bakers dozen and keep them in the freezer to enjoy for a while. Been going there for at least 20 years.
$1.65 additional charge for cream cheese if you ask to have it on the side.
Some of us are really tired of being nickeled and dimmed for every little thing.
I've lived in St Pete since 1970 and been a loyal customer of St Pete Bagel since 1996.
I will never go to another St Pete Bagel store again.
And I no longer have to wonder why these clowns have not Bern able to succeed in franchisimg.
Family owned hot pink neon sign opens @6am sharp! Your homemade bagel wrapped around hand crafted, flavor-filled cream cheeses, or try a breakfast sandwich sausage, egg, bacon, provolone or cheddar cheese. Lunch bagel veggie, turkey, meat, ham, chicken, tuna or egg salad. BLT too! Panini's on ciabatta bread. A croughnut too️ Plenty of wisdom in the window, as the elders of St. Pete greet you each day
Love this place! When the line is out the door, you know it's something good. Staff is amazing as well.
Based on the reviews, my husband and I decided to give this place a shot, hoping it was as good as everyone said. Not sure if we just caught it on a bad day, but I will say I was not impressed one bit. We had to wait in a ridiculously long line, the bagels were average, and the donuts tasted like they were a day (or more) old. The servers at the counter were not very polite. I asked about the donut flavors as there was nothing indicating any flavors for the donuts in the case. The cashier seemed irritated with me and made me feel pressured to just pick something and go. I tried one donut with cereal on top because I'd heard it was good. I threw it away, it was so gross. Stale cereal on top of a stale, bland donut. Not sure what others have experienced but I think I'll still to DD, Krispy Kreme, and Einstein bagels.
Had a bacon egg cheese on a jalapeno bagel and a pumpernick bagel with cream cheese. Add in a bottled water and it was a little under $10. I might have to get an additional container of cream cheese to go I liked it that much. I like the texture of the bagels here when heated.
I came here on Sunday around 11: 30am and there was a line to the door. It didn't take too long though. Wasn't too many parking spots in the front lot.
It took us a while to stop at the shop but we were not disappointed until recently. They claim a few bagels were vegan but they admitted after asking that all their bagels have dairy. Very disappointing! Moreover they treated us as if it was too much trouble to slice the bagels the way we wanted. The boss said they will only do it once. Well I this place isn’t one I will patronize ever again. Plus they charge you extra for alternate diary for coffee.
Have been wanting to try out this place and it was worth the wait. The bagels are absolutely delicious! Service is friendly, fast and efficient.especially Natalie! I'm from NY and these bagels will have me coming back again and again:)
They have a nice variety of specialty bagels and spreads, you’re bound to find something you like whether it’s sweet or savoury.
I use to be a regular but since the pandemic the prices are high. I ordered a egg white, bacon, sprouts and cucumbers on wheat. Very over priced $7.44. Should've been at least 5. Very disappointing.
For one the prices are amazing compared to the other bagel shops that are in st pete.secondly it’s the closest to a New York bagel shop you’ll find here. They are fast and consistent no matter how busy they are.which they do get super busy. Don’t be discouraged if you see a line because it will go fast. The apple fritter donut is really good and fresh.
Amazing and tasty bagels! Employees were all very very nice! Super cute merch too! Will 100% be back soon!
My order never arrived. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from 4th st bagel, but there will not be a 3rd. Both times were terrible. Horrible.
They are amazing and love the quality of the bagels and sandwiches but I was disappointed because I was craving an egg salad sandwich and after waiting 20 minutes and ordering, I came home to a lox with cream cheese on rye instead.it was still good though
