I’m hesitant to write this review... If everyone finds out how amazing this property is, it might be harder to book! The peacock was amazing! Clean and well appointed! Great location! Access to everything nearby! Perfect for vacation or a few day getaway! Will book again! Lisa was amazing and considerate. Great communication!

Stayed at the Peacock unit for 12 days, great spot! Well located and easy to find restaurants by bike or foot. Lisa was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommending to friends:)

Planned a birthday trip for my boyfriend and didn't want to do a hotel. The Peacock was great. It was a quaint one bedroom that was perfect for our mini getaway. The place was really clean. Lisa was professional, helpful and responded very timely. We had an amazing relaxing trip and it didn't take long to get around to nice places in the city. One thing I would note so the review is complete, none of these are detractors from booking again, but think they should be notated. The walls were kind of thin and you could hear the neighbors. We didn't hear them often, but not in a way that was disruptive to sleep time.

Very lovely ‘tiny house’ in a great location. The kitchen had all the essentials, the bathroom was very nice and seemed to have just been renovated. We made use of the laundry facility which was great to have as we had been travelling the previous week. We didn’t have chance to use the bikes but appreciated that they were provided though - if we had had more time we would have used them to explore the area even more. Perfect for a short stay and exactly what we wanted. Would recommend!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and handing over the keys was very easy. The next day after moving out, the deposit was back in the account. Always my pleasure.

We stayed at Sunray. It was a little tight inside, but we were not there to sit around. There is a private deck at the bottom of the steps where we spent most of the time while at the rental. Super and safe location with a 10 minute drive to downtown plus several restaurants in a very short walking distance. Parking is right at the front door. The kitchen is equipped with everything one would need. We donated reusable K pods for coffee drinkers! Communication with Lisa was great and she made us feel free to ask questions or request information about anything.at anytime. Information about the rental/washer-dryer/parking was all very clear. We will stay there again when the opportunity comes back up to stay in St. Pete!

Great location! Impressed from the minute we walked in! The house has everything you need! Great communication from the host! Overall was very enjoyable trip! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice apartment. Clean and comfortable. The location couldn't be better for enjoying downtown, there are many restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay. It is on the same property as a house, but with a private entrance and patio. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

LOVED everything about my stay at the carriage house in at Pete. Absolutely the best location! We were 10 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do or see. 15-20 minutes from the best beaches. The host was responsive and friendly the room was very private and peaceful. Though the outside courtyard was probably my favorite thing, we were there on vacation and wanted to do as many things as possible but I could have sat out there and swam in the pool the entire time with no complaints. The room was very clean and neat. Coffee was provided so we could relax and have our first cup of coffee in the courtyard with the waterfall running and birds chirping before starting our adventures. I can go on and on! Absolutely would recommend for a romantic getaway or a 2-3 person trip. BOOK BOOK BOOK

Perfect little spot for a vacation in St. Pete. Close to everything, safe area, comfortable amenities. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to getting back some day soon!

Good location and well appointed rental. The host communicated well and provided a lot of information about the St. Pete area that was super helpful.

Bed was very comfy, and location was super. We found Nitally's restaurant across the street - a wonderful blend of Thai and Mexican food! And nice people were staying at the Treehouse nearby.

Fantastic place in St Petersburg. Close to the center, but also only 15 minutes from the beach. Also a good base for trips along the coast. The treehouse is nice, especially if you stay a little longer. Lots of space and the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and washer-dryer combination. The attached garden provides shade at any time of the day. The swimming pool will be nice to cool off in on hot days. We did not use it. We were there in the second half of February. You share the garden with 3 other accommodations. The bed is large and sleeps well. The air conditioning worked well. Internet ditto. There is an extra room with a single bed. Certainly suitable for a child, but it does get warm because there is no air conditioning. We would go back again in a heartbeat.

Wayfarer was a great spot for our 3 week stay in St. Pete. Great location is near all of the downtown and bay attractions, with a couple of nice neighborhood bars and restaurants within walking distance. Crescent Lake is right nearby and lovely.
The apartment is clean, comfortable and well-kept. One of the best equipped rentals we’ve ever stayed in… beach chairs and towels, cruiser bikes, everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Bath and shower are well-appointed, too, but small.

We stayed at the Peacock in the historic district of downtown St Pete. Wonderful 1 bedroom with plenty of living room, kitchen and bathroom space. Loved all the peacock decor!
Excellent communication before and after our stay. The unit had everything we needed for our stay including a Roku, coffee, complimentary wine and chocolates on our pillows. There’s even a pull out sofa and cot for extra guests, beach chairs, and a patio with a grill. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to many downtown destinations and only 20 min from the beach area. The Peacock is one of several units which is part of one large original home.
