St. Petersburg Pediatrics -- East Bay, Largo FL

This is the most unprofessional place ever. You dont see the same dr. They don't read the file or listen to parents. I'd never recommend them to any of my parents in our school.

The most unprofessional office. I love the doctors here, and that is the only reason i come here. As for the front desk, they should change jobs if this job makes them rude and unhappy. I feel this office would be so much better with better staff. 1 star is only for the doctor.

If I could rate a 0 I would. St Pete pediatrics is one of the most unprofessional pediatric centers I have ever been to in my life! The call center hangs up on you multiple times after holding at least 20-30 mins! The staff at every single one of their locations are Despicable, they could careless about children and there medical needs. I have been going here since I was a child and now I have 3 children of my own who are patients. One of my boys has sickle cell disease & ADHD, he needs a lot of medical care & I have to call in every month to fill his medication. I get hung up on about 3 times before I get through to a human & then they transfer me over to the Eastbay voicemail system, they don't give confirmation calls or anything like that you don't even know if they receive the message, or if they script is being filled.its a very stressful situation especially when it comes to your child's health. There is just a huge lack of communication and I truly feel they could really care less that there lack of unprofessionalism really takes a toll on a single parents.
St. Pete Peds has made this experience very very hard for me. I would not recommend ANY of there locations, I tried to get a number to contact someone about my experiences and was given a number that’s no longer in service. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism I have received throughout my time at St Pete pediatrics.

(The company responded stating they would be in contact. I have yet to receive that phone call. I guess the response is just to make them look good)

Good place to come for your baby cares! Very helpful and friendly. Staffs and docs and PRN are very professional. Thank for your services!

The lady at the front desk is rude every time I come in. She always seems like I am inconveniencing her when I check my daughter in. I love the doctors and some of the nursing staff. But is so hard to be polite and caring. Because of this behavior, I have thought of going to another doctor, and that's is not fair to my daughter's health.

We were treatet very well but when we ask for a note for school, they told us that we have to wait for the result off the covid test.i wish they can take our email and school off my son so they can fax that paper note, both covid and the exuse from school.i will be very thankful if they can get those information and we dont have to worry for those paper.thanky

Very irresponsible, everyone has a very bad attitude! They do not have your children’s best interest in health! No integrity! They are no help at all! Very neglectful! If they don’t care about my five-month-old daughter don’t have trust with them with your child!

Communication lacks horribly between staff and patients. Staff is there for a paycheck only called way before closing just to be put on hold until 5, when surprise now they're closed. Staffers if it was your kid or family would you handle things the same. Time for a new pediatric office after 19 years.

To preface, I was treated here as a child. This was my pediatrician. When I had a baby I took my child here for all of her services.

I recently had to change insurance policies due to finances, but was happy to come back to St Pete Pediatrics as a cash patient, understanding that it would cost me more. I have come here as a cash patient in the past.

The representative lied and told me that it was illegal for them to see my daughter as a non-network patient.
Illegal.
I will tell you, as an insurance agent, formerly insurance customer service rep, and even more formally an administrative assistant at a doctor's office, that this is simply not true.

They lied to me instead of simply telling me they no longer wanted my business, and I have no patience for that. My daughter will be getting another PCP, and I hope that anyone who reads this understands that this place no longer cares, and will lie to you.

Let me start by saying, how are we to feel comfortable and excited to take our kids (half the time multiple kids) to the doctors office if we don’t even get kind greetings when we walk in. I don’t mind the doctors or dr assistants that help them. They’re all pretty kind. But the front desk people, I think that they think they are better than us.they aren’t kind they don’t make eye contact they’re rude.and just don’t make you feel welcome.it makes any of my 3 kids doctors trips, anxiety filled up until I leave the office. The Blond lady in front is pretty cool. Otherwise.it’s sad.they should try to rehire some more down to earth staff imo.

Dealt with st.pete pediatrics in the past but this location looks very uncomfortable & raggedy a bit unsanitary and ran down old appliances

Didn't seem trained well enough to work their only the doctor amd front staff. I live directly acrossThe street face to face to the doctors office and what a perfect convince but I'll be looking to find another pediatrician for my son, not because of the doctor Only because this location doesn't at all come off safe, you truly need to update this place dont just clean up it won't make any difference it very unwelcoming inside and looks sketchy.

I have been using st.pete peds for over 16 years.this office is the worst.they never answer the phones.its bad enough we are dealing with covid and they don't even use gloves when they examine your child.the girls at the front desk are so rude and never try to help you when you need help
