As always I Love my doctors here at St. Pete Family Care. Very attentive, caring, understanding. What more can I say? If u want doctors who care and understand you this is the place.

I made my son an appointment for 10am so I showed up at 930 to fill out his paperwork. It’s now 10: 40 (and no one has even spoke. To us or said how much longer it will be) and still waiting to be seen and the lady at the front desk is now telling me 10 am is when I was sopoused to come in but his appointment wasn’t until 10: 30. First off that’s not what was told to me on the phone, second it’s also past 10: 30.so there still late. So far just a terrible experience here. Should not have to wait almost an hour and a half just to get a shot! Rediculious.update: its now after 12: 00 and we are still waiting on his shots.

Unfortunately I have been to many doctors offices over the years and even worked at one. And I have to say St Pete Family Care is THE MOST welcoming, caring, and enjoyable office I've EVER been to! To add, no need to worry about the fact that it's an intern office as I used to be apprehensive about that that but not at all here. Add to that the front office staff, especially Hilary, makes you feel like you're at home and like family for sure!

I got a meningitis shot here, and I otherwise went to this doctor for several months. They didn't put any of my records on the Florida Registry (or whatever it is called), so when I switched over to a new medical clinic, they could not see that I got the shot. Also, when called, the woman on the phone claimed that this place never got asked for the records when they, in reality did. The new medical clinic I go to can attest to that. The woman on the other side of the phone was not helpful at all, and she did her best to make sure nothing was accomplished.

Facility is clean with a professional demeanor about it when you arrive. Service and Staff like Kim Russell who are kind, professional, down to earth, eager to help and generally care about your well being makes all the difference in the world. That's what separates them from other Dr. Offices in my opinion.

I love this doctors office especially Hilary she is always so helpful and funny. And they are the best and so helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Chase
