I just finished my second month here and I absolutely love it. Well built and maintained. Close to everything, nice views and clean. Maintenance is super responsive friendly and quick. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. Covered guest parking, assigned resident parking. Dry cleaning lockers, secure package room, everything but a pool =

I wanted to give it a few months to accurately rate my experience. And Stadium Tower has exceeded my expectations! From Janelle the leasing manager on-site when I came in to inquire on details. Leasing process was smooth considering it was during covid, September 2020. Danny and all the front desk associates are great. Maintenance is amazing, the couple times I’ve put a request, everything is taken care of promptly. The property is very well kept, clean. No complaints, I highly recommend. Close to all major highways. I definitely plan and hope to renew my lease this year. Thank you again!

1 minute away from the highway, so convinient and easy to go places. The staff are so sweet. 24 hour concierge always available and super helpful. Love how clean the building feels when you walk in. Overall great place to live!

I have been living in the place for nearly three years now and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
Other places may have more amenities but the staff in this place is comparable to none. Not only do they go out of their way to help you but they do so with a smile and they always make you feel like family, like you belong.
The maintenance is quick, efficient and unobtrusive.
Little surprise that the building manager is a true professional, kind and always very responsive.
I hope I never have to move. Love this place!

I have spoken to Danny Martinez on more than one occasion and I must say that his professionalism is refreshing. It is rare now a days to find someone with the work ethic that he has. He makes sure that the job gets done. A BIG thank you.

I have lived here for over 2.5 years and truly love this building. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel at home and cared for, from the building manager Deisy Castro, the head concierge Danny, to the maintenance staff, like Miguel they all provide excellent customer service.
As other reviews have mentioned the building has a nice community feel to it and they are prompt to answer questions or take care of requests.

I live on one of the properties run by Daisy although it's a smaller building she treats her tenants with professionalism and any issue is addressed immediately. The Building is kept clean and very well maintained. Happy
