Rude unhelpful people. The female employees would rather flirt with the male customers and the male employees are useless when asking for help.

This is an old, neighborhood staple that continues to provide certain unique items that are necessary for day-to-day living. Friendly, courteous, respectful service.

Great informative staff at this feed store. My chickens survived this cold winter and are very health, expecting chickens eggs in approximately 1 or 2 months.

Standard Feed & Seed has everything I need for my Chickens, they also carry the heavy stuff to the car!

I drove 56 miles round trip to purchase seed potatoes and I am looking forward to my next trip. It was refreshing to walk into an establishment manned by a courteous, friendly, knowledgeable 5 gold star staff.

Great place to buy dog food and plants.things you wouldn't normally fine elsewhere.pretty pricey.

They've got a pretty nice array of things for pets and farm animals at decent prices definitely a nice little first visit left with a big new rooster lol

They showed me and let me touch an all black rooster. Gorgeous Bird. Ask to see Dark Vader.and ask when there next chicken poop bingo game will be happening love it.

Excellent the man on the phone spoke very respectful and nice to me about directions, man at the counter very helpful, nice professional people work there, had no problem getting what I needed, first time at the place.

Great spot for feed seed and fertilizers. They have mature fruit trees and veggie starts. I used to come here as a child with my grandmother to buy her baby chicks, I am so glad that they are still here.

This is a gem of Jacksonville. I’ve been talking about getting some chickens for my backyard and everyone I mentioned it to pointed me to Standard Feed & Seed. Upon first visiting, I was pleasantly surprised to find dozens of happy little chicks, and plenty of supplies for raising them. We didn’t go home with them today, but will be returning for the breed we are looking for (they have a very helpful calendar posted!) They’ve also got plants and gardening supplies.
The only reason to deduct a star was that there were some birds below their parakeet cages that looked neglected. Their water was empty and the few of them were huddled in a single corner together, not lively and chirping like the parakeets or chicks.

Great stop today, I went in to pick up a item and was happy to see that it was in stock. The cashier was very helpful and cheerful to see me. A great store and the service is great especially these days and times.

Love this feed, pet supply and plant nursery store. The prices are great, the environment is soothing and inviting. The people there are amazing.

I was able to buy hard to find (Raw) Argentine Bahia seeds for my yard. Bought the seeds on 6-15-2021. I highly recommend this business for all of your seed needs. You won't be sorry you did.

I enjoy this store because you have part of the country in the city. Hard to find items for pets and plants are here. I purchase seeds and animal products. Also lawn care.
