Representatives were friendly and respectful. Both gentlemen were respectful and adhered to COVID-19 guidelens for my home. It was easy to setup appointment. Representatives over the phone explained the process and answered all questions. There were many openings for bookings. Overall my first experience was excellent. No complaints.

Frank and his partner were thorough, professional and courteous. They were easygoing and cooperative and treated me with respect. Thank you Frank for your outstanding service. I will call Frank again to service my property.

Daniel was so polite. He explained the cleaning process of my Leather Recliner that had pet stains & odor. He did an Amazing Job. My other recliner was fabric and it looked and smelled brand new after Daniel cleaned it. I was going to put a towel on the fabric recliner after he cleaned it to help it dry faster and Daniel told me that air drying is the best and that the towel would hold in the moisture. I Greatly Appreciated his Knowledge and advice. Great Tech and Superior Service

Great experience with the folks at this Stanley Steemer location.

Not only were they professional and kind, but they went out of their way to do us a favor. We bought a used RV and took it to get the upholstery and mattress cleaned. We were worried about how to dry the mattress since we were traveling and not near home. They offered to let us leave out mattress in their facility with the industrial fans on to dry it overnight.

Not only this, but they were patient as we worked out arrangements for the previous owners of the RV to pay for part of the service.

10/10 experience. Extremely kind and professional staff.

The technician arrived on time and provided excellent service. Showed me what had been cleaned mid-way through the service. After payment was rendered, the receipt was sent via email. Thank you for a job well done.

The technicians came to my home and did a very thorough job. They explained the process to me and gave recommendations on what would be best for my furniture and carpet. To top it off, they did it in record time and was sure to explain what I needed to do to care for my furniture once they were gone. This service was worth every penny.

I got some sticky goo from an industrial sticker tape on my new leather couch. The professionals from Stanley Steemer came out, on time and worked incredibly hard to get the sticky stuff off without damaging the couch. They were awesome and got the mess cleaned up without harming the leather. The couch looks like new. Highly highly recommended.

Daniel and Jorey arrived early, which worked well for me due to my hectic schedule. Daniel explained what would be done to get the tile and grout clean. Both he and Jorey did an excellent job. They were also personable and professional. Thank you very much Daniel and Jorey!

Technician was very friendly and professional. However he was done in an approximately an hour and 15 min- 3 bedrooms, stairs and hallway. I mentioned that a couple of areas looked dirty and he said it was wear and tear. I ran my hand through my stairs and they have hair and dust balls. It’s been over 6 hours and my carpets are still drenched. This is the first time that I have used Stanley Steemer and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

This is my second time using the service, first was for a couch and it was great. Today I used it for my mattress and again great service, fast, and sanitary.

Easy to book an appointment to clean AC vents. They arrived on time and made professional recommendations as to how to proceed. They weren’t pushy and were honest.

The hallway carpets in out condo were a mess and they really did a great job. Came on time and were very courteous.

The service technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with cleaning of the upholstery. I would recommend this company for cleaning services.
