I’m glad that there is a Staples near by. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes, I find great deals at the store or online. Always a smile from the cute one.

I went here to buy a few things for my at home office and the cashier Kade was very sweet and helped me understand some of the sales 10/10 experience loved him!

Um had a very hard time, the workers aren’t the best. Lack of staff, had NOTHING IN STOCK, been here for 3 days and left empty handed each times‍️. Won’t be back

Every single time I go to buy something I pull an empty box from the shelf, which of course requires a rep to go "check the back", then 10-15 min later they come out saying they don't have it and if I want to order it online they can order it for me online. Listen STAPLES, if I wanted to order something online, I'd order it from AMAZON. If I go into your store its because I expect you to have what's on the shelf. You waste my time and your time with this fake box method of selling. I went to Walmart and got what I needed. No B S involved.

I had 2 workbooks for my girls done back in August for their homeschool. Each book was $12 and i wanted them to be easier to use so i paid to get them spiraled. I believe that is how you call it. Today is the first time we are using it. An they are falling apart. They did a terrible job. An i left the books with them for 3 days so they didn't have to rush. I am so annoyed right now. Like so annoyed. If i had the money i would buy more workdbooks for them. But I don't work I homeschool my children. I do not recommend them.

Staff was very rude. Besides the new girl that helped me and was trying her best. One of the staff started cursing and said he was going to punch the computer because it wasnt working when helping me with my Fax then got an attitude and told me go take it up front and walked away. Will never step foot in this store again

So I ordered a poster online on a Tuesday which was supposed to be printed by 8PM that night. Went in to pick it up on Thursday and was told that someone was supposed to call me to explain that the printer was down so they were unable to print it, but that it would be fixed by Monday and it would be finished Monday night latest. I went in again on Tuesday, and once again, was told that the printer was down so they were unable to print it. The woman behind the counter said that she would send the file to their “production center”, have it printed immediately, and then have it shipped back, arriving no later than Friday evening. Great. Fine. Told them to call me when it arrived so I didn’t have to waste another trip. Saturday rolls around, still no phone call, so I called them. After some minutes on the phone waiting to see if they could find my poster, they claimed that they were unable to find it, but that they’d print it immediately and I could come get it in a few hours. I told them to PLEASE call me when it’s actually finished, so that I don’t have to waste my time driving 20 mins to pick it up. They said they would. They did not. This morning I called again to check the status, the woman said she doesn’t have time to check for it right now, but if it’s not complete, she’ll print it and have it done within a few hours. I said that’s fine, I just need confirmation that it’s ACTUALLY finished before I go get it. She said she would call me back. She did not. I’m so done at this point. This should have been such a simple and easy job. Communication is not that difficult, that’s all they needed to do to keep me at least mildly satisfied. Never coming back here for my printing needs.

Went in on a Friday to buy a computer for a gift.

The store associate showed me a HP computer that was supposedly on sale for $389.

Next to the computer was an advertisement that said there was an additional $50 off.

When I asked I was told this was $50 off a printer making its price just $20.

Turns out there was something interesting going on here because when I went to check out I was told the $50 credit actually applied to the computer making it $389 only if I bought the printer at full cost.

I think was the case based on the hurried conversation by the sales rep while ringing up my sale.

Nevertheless, I bought the computer, the printer, and a wireless mouse anyway.

After I paid I was then told that the computer was not in stock, but not to worry it would be delivered directly to my home the following Monday, just three days from the purchase date.

Sure enough on Monday I tracked the order and discovered it was on the truck and was scheduled to be delivered to my house by 5: 00 so I made plans to stay home and wait for it.

However, the day passed with no delivery.

I called Staples’ main Customer Service line and was told that it had been a very busy day and the company was unable to deliver the computer that day.

I asked why no one contacted me telling me there would be no delivery so I would not have wasted an entire day waiting.

They had no answer, but assured me I would receive the computer the next day.

The following morning I received an email apologizing and telling me that the computer would be delivered that day.

So I again put everything on hold and waited.

When no delivery was made I called the store where I had purchased the computer and was told by the store manager that they had lots of issues with this delivery service and that I should wait until the next day, Wednesday, and then come into the store to make special arrangements to have the computer shipped directly to the store.

I asked the manager if he could give me the telephone number of the delivery service so I could call them directly and see what the problem was in making the delivery.

He said he did not know it. Really?

When pressed he gave me the name and address of the delivery service and I found the telephone number myself and called.

After being disconnected and having to call back I eventually was told that the driver had simply turned around on both days and not made the delivery because it was too late in the day.

I was then told they would reschedule.

I told them to cancel the delivery.

I packed up the printer and the wireless mouse and returned to the store.

I wanted to return the items and cancel the order.

They took back the printer and the wireless mouse, but the same store manager told me I could not cancel the order until I received the computer and then returned it to the store.

What? !

If the delivery service could have found a way to deliver the computer in the first place there would be no reason to cancel the order.

Only after I insisted that the store find a way to cancel the order did they reach out and contact their headquarters and cancel it b

I was told it would take 3-5 business days to have the charges credited back to my credit card.

Three days later I received a credit for the printer and wireless mouse, those items that I personally brought back to the store, only.

No credit issued for the computer.

But wait there is more!

After all of this frustration and the specific assurances by the store employees that the order had been cancelled, can you guess what happened next?

You got it, they delivered the computer on Wednesday.

Unbelievable!

Now I will have to return the computer to the store myself or keep it and deal with the store and the credit card company.

Do yourself a favor, avoid this store at all cost.

At best, they are simply disorganized and have no idea of what is going on.

At worse, they are incompetent and at times misleading.

Either way they simply do not stand behind either their products or their service.

They didnt have what I needed (business card carrier). When I went to checkout with the other things I needed, I stood at the register (no line, just me) for approximately 5-7 minutes. Doesnt seem like a long time, but it's too long to have none at any register. They are clearly understaffed.

Very poor customer service in the cool center area. Assistant manager helpful, but overall the center has fallen off in quality over the last year.

I love this Staples! Everyone is really helpful here. It gets busy at times but they are great. Gerri in tge copy center is a great person to work with. The Manager are approachable and really helpful!

Sue was a great help, resourceful and friendly. Staples gets 4 stars because of Sue. Staples is a bit expensive.

Self serve copier works great for copies, emails and scanning
Jim Sniper Manns is great and professional and makes amazing business cards, brochures, flyers, posters and banners.
Brittany and Courtney are amazing also.

I went to purchase a footrest but ended up purchasing a new computer chair. The salesperson, David, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time helping me pick the right chair, actually, I took his advice and purchased the chair he recommended.
He assembled the chair for me and helped me to the car with it.
The chair is perfect in my office and if it wasn't for David I probably wouldn't have noticed it. So thank you so much David for your expertise. You are quite the salesperson and care about the needs of the customer.
