Very rude staff. Rude enough that I walked out without buying the things I had already gathered up.
Their ipostal1 service was a huge waste of time and money. I jumped through so many hoops after two months of no service, I couldn't jump anymore. I tried to time it with my move, but now I have to find another place that doesn't put me through a wringer to get service.
For a decade following at least three less than satisfactory forays into this store, I made my husband do all the shopping at Staples. Recently, in the last year or so, there has been a 180° turn around in the store. I want particularly to cite the friendliness and expertise of Jules who sets an excellent example for some of the younger staff in dealing with customer service issues. I have run into Jules twice. He is friendly and helpful. I will go back to the store because I think that the whole staff has made a turnaround in their attempts to be helpful. They actually spoke to me and said good morning when I walked in this morning. Good job to all of you.

Its always cool and comfortable inside with big wide isles. Customer service isnt hard to find and prices aren't to shabby. I plan on going back.
Today I printed some photos at the Staples! Josh was very helpful and took the time to make sure the photos were the correct size and perfect color! Thank you Josh, if we need anything in the future - we will come back to this store! Great Service.
Something is wrong! This store has rude management. Printing is a joke. Please get a full staff! If I ask for red paper you should have it! Maybe because I am a teacher, you have no respect. I am hoping this manager gets a job he likes elsewhere.
Print from home. Had a minor issue today with the print. Manager navigated issue promptly. Very pleased.
Solid organization. Received excellent service from the manager and tech staff. Worked through a difficult problem which occurred during a file transfer. They made sure the issues were resolved. No hassle whatsoever.
Jules, the very friendly and knowledgeable cashier made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Really cares about the customer, and went above and beyond for me.
Pointed out some conflicting sale information to the manager. Rather than look at the conflicting information I pointed out, he quickly “corrected me” and pointed to other tags that had the information he knew to be true. I immediately felt it was lost cause and started to make my way out, as he stared at the tag that I had previously pointed out. I don’t mind being wrong but, don’t look at customer and tell them they are wrong when the conflicting information they are reading was printed and displayed by your staff.
Adam running the store is very good. Went out of his way to help customers including myself.much better than the fella, Luis pretending to be a store Mgr at the University location. Thanks Adam
