They do not honor their return policy. I highly recommend going anywhere else that sells office supplies. I had office supplies to be returned and they denied me to return them stating they were not bought within 14 days. Their website clearly states that office supplies may be returned at anytime. The sales associate was rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service!

Wow $10 to send a 2 page fax? Really? What a rip off. I like your selection of pens but I’ll be going elsewhere for my printing and fax needs.

I love going to Staples. I'm a rewards member. I get a lot of my office supplies there. They usually have what I want. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful in helping you find what your looking for.

Old stale products dry ink cartridges, leftover broken printers, better to drive Best Buy and get a money back guarantee, and skip the complaint line

Absolute terrible costumer service at this Lakeland South location. When I was speaking with a manager from the printing department on the phone, she was snarky and unpleasant. After she spoke and I began speaking she proceeded to hang up the phone. I went to Walgreens with my printing needs and they were beyond helpful. I will never do business with this Staples ever again.

I missed the North side. I was able to send my printing documents through email. And they were quick and helpful. When I needed help to find something an employee would helped me to find it. I wouldn’t say to me “must be mixed up with other packages”. Sorry rehire north side people, they were so willing and helpful.

Had a bad experience with printing department. Extremely unprofessional loaded with hints of I don't care attitude. This small business will never be back

What an awful costumer service skills! They can't greet anyone, they can't assist people, but what they are really good with is in staring you like they are extremely bothered if you ask a question and respond back at you, with things that even has nothing to do with what you were asking for in a very rude tone, like they are hating to work for that place or something. Dedided to just leave that Staples and stop by Office Depot (who were not far away) and where the associates were more humans and really wanted to help saving the day.

Ive been going there for years getting my printing done. Not no more the lady on the phone is trying to tell me that how i send an email with the file is wrong. I was just in there 3 days ago and we did it. I own a business and customer service is number 1. This lady shouldnt be interacting with customers!

The worst place to go, they dropped my laptop & broke it. Would not return my $203.28 that I had to pay in advance, for installing a viruses protector. The manager was arguing with me. Rating should be negative.
Go anywhere else but Staples.

Went to Staples to buy a chair for working from home, was interested in the protection plan. The cashier, an older gentleman with glasses, rung me up and sped through the process, before i could put my rewards in, and he tried to get me out the door before i even had a chance to ask about the protection plan. He almost had to do a refund and re-ring, had I not stopped him to add on the plan. Should definitely offer them proactively!

I frequently visit the Staples on the North side of Lakeland and I have nothing but wonderful experiences there. However the South Lakeland location is a joke. When you walk in there is no greeting or help guiding your experience. After several minutes of trying to figure out where to print out PDF files we approached a counter and a young lady began to help us. We were printing files bought off of Etsy for an upcoming bridal shower. One of the files was a game with the names of Disney movies on one side and the song that matches the movie on the other. There were absolutely NO trademarks (pictures, fonts, etc) that represented Disney, it was only the names of the movies. A very RUDE gentleman who worked there came up behind the girl helping us and told us that we could not print that paper due to copyright laws. I asked why since there were no pictures or fonts matching Disney and he stated that they aren’t allowed to print the names of Disney movies period. The kicker was we were allowed to use the printer in store to print the pdf file, but they couldn’t print it behind the counter. It made absolutely 0 sense. Moral of this post don’t go to the South Lakeland Staples and don’t name your kids Mulan, Elsa, Hercules or Tarzan as all of these names are apparently owned by Disney and can NOT be printed by Staples.

I never go to staples and today my wife and I decided to check out the office chairs they had available. We liked one that was on sale but they did not have any additional one, only the one in display. We asked if they sold that one and the sales person said yes but for the same price since normally they charge a 15 dollar assembling fee. I mean. The display chair everyone sits on it. Its technically a used chair it should come with additional discount. Well we found the same office chair (while inside the store) at the same sale price and on the color we actually wanted (gray vs blue) in amazon. And it arrives at my house. Then they wonder why the brick and mortar stores are going out of business.

Great for getting office supplies. I recommend not getting an employee to help you or ask them anything though

I arrived there just before closing time and was having some printing trouble and Ella in the Print & Copy area was extremely helpful and courteous. I really appreciate it!

I go here for my office supplies alot. Staff is helpful to help you find what you are looking for. They do have good deals on printers and laptops. Cashier needs better training and attitude.

I went there on 3/15/2020 around 7: 40pm with a friend to buy supplies for my office. We were looking at some laptops and portable printers to make the budget for it. One employee approached us asking if we needed help. I replied no. We went to another aisle and another went to us asking if we needed help. Same response, no. These two employees were following us to the point where I told my friend, "we are not buying from here". But we kept looking around. The employees followed us aisle by aisle and when we went out, one of the employees went out too. I was hoping they will check us so we can sue the company. These guys made us feel like criminals, and we can buy anything on that store. It was an awful experience.
